  The Rose itself was very nice and everything that was promised, however the wooden box it came in was damaged and chipped, because it had no protective wrapping, other than a thin cardboard box. Some bubble wrap would have helped a great deal or putting it in a large padded envelope. I would like to see the box being replaced.

  Excellent product but they need to package it better for shipping. Despite the sturdiness of the display box, simply putting it into a bag and letting the FedEx gorillas throw it around caused our first order to arrived chipped.

  The rose arrived during the period of time that was written on the website. I called to ask if there was a way for the item to be rushed and the company advised that they were certain that it would arrive during the very earliest possible arrival time. Well it arrived at the end of the time frame that they described and then I left a negative review, the company decided to delete the review.

  The rose and its case are truly unique and awesome. The delivery not so much. I swear it came by FedEx dog sled. It took FOREVER. The package had to be relabeled somewhere along the way because the label printed on the plastic envelope was damaged in handling. It arrived eventually (after my anniversary) in good shape (despite the envelope looking like it had been run over by a truck), just late.

  The ordering process was real easy. The only thing that can/should be improved is information about shipping. I was never asked when I wanted it, nor was I given an option to say pay more to have it shipped next day. It took about 5 days, and I needed it ideally in 2 days.

  Beautiful product and nice case. Delivery was quick. No issues. Very happy all around. Would have just like to have the ability to engrave something on base but solved that by buying a silver charm and engraving that and hanging from one the leaves. Highly recommend
