  The product is perfect but this company deals with a HONG KONG (CHINESE) finance company. We DO NOT deal with any company that supports the Chinese as they have placed the US in Their cross hairs.   The ordering/shipping process took significantly longer than advertised and caused me to miss an important gift date. The only option as suggested by the rep was to send it back for a refund, otherwise tough luck. Of course, the actual shipping delayed once again when the package was sent out but this time was on FedEx. The package was also severely crunched with extremely damaged packaging when it arrived, but the product itself was not damaged thankfully. Overall, start the purchase multiple weeks ahead if you really want this product.

  Danielle at Eternity Rose helped me enjoy the most memorable anniversary with my wife. At dinner, when I presented her with this gift, my wife not an overly emotional person, reared up. I have not had that kind of response in our 31 years of marriage. So the service Danielle gave me to help get The Eternity Rose in time for our Anniversary was fantastic. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for the WOW effect. The box the Rose came in promoted quality and when you open it, the Rose just jumps at you.   I ordered on Monday night July 6th, 2020 and received my rose on Thursday July 16th, 2020. I had to send an e-mail twice to get a reply stating that the company was 2 days behind due to the 3 day holiday, yet there was nothing of this on your website, I will live with the service and product I received, but I definitely won't be back.The box it came in was torn on the back of the case.

  Eternityrose has a great selection of gifts. Our 25th was loomin up and their silver dipped rose was perfect. I ordered late and they delivered on time. The display box is high quality, the rose itself is a beauty, even the custom cardbox it came in had silver scrollwork. Top notch company and is highly recommended.

  The Eternity Rose site is very clear, and easy to navigate. The images of roses at various stages of bloom were helpful and accurate, and exactly showed what I could expect. When the rose arrives my wife and I were astonished at the technology that could dip a rose in gold and preserve it forever. It feels wonderful to the touch. It was a very successful wedding anniversary gift.

  I would suggest that you update you contact numbers on the confirmation because it is not operational, out of service. Then the answering company that’s number is listed on website were not very knowledgeable. I though I had been scammed at the start.

  The shipping information stated on the company's website was misleading, and had I known that I would have placed my order earlier or not at all. As things turned out I did not receive the gift I ordered in time for the special occasion I ordered it for. However, when I contacted the customer service department I received a prompt and courteous reply explaining what caused my order to be shipped later than what the company advertised on the website, and I was advised that my recommendation to revise company's website shipping information would be forwarded to the appropriate company department. I rated the company good because of its customer service responsiveness and because they do not have much, if any, direct control over how long it takes their third party shipping contractor to deliver their products. Bottom line is if you want to order a product I recommend you first call the customer service department to ask if they have any backlogs in their internal order processing and/or if their contract shipper is having any backlogs in their operations.

  My rose arrived perfectly and in perfect condition but the woodgrain display box was slightly damaged from shipping. After contacting Eternity Rose they were very apologetic and quick to send a replacement box. Customer service was spectacular and my wife absolutely loves her anniversary rose!

  The Delivery was in time for the reason I purchased. The packaging for the Rose was received in good condition which amazes Me due to the appearance of the Shipping package from FedEx. It looked as if the package had been mauled by some ferocious animal, ripped, torn and barely on the box within. Eternity Rose should discuss with FedEx the handling of their products or find a new delivery service.
