  Empire Photo Shop is always great place to shop, all staff are very helpful, and have great experience and knowledge, they care about giving you the right product for your needs and not simply upselling products. Their pricing is always reasonable and their after service is fantastic. Their online service is also great. They carry most of the brands and authorized seller to majority of brands. I highly recommend Empire Photo Shop.

  Prices are great and service even better. For a great lens from these guys the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM lens. I am glad that they spent the time with me going through the lenses to help me make good decision.

  Being a complete novice and no knowledge how to set up a consumer camcorder I found the User Guide was not very easy to follow too brief . I resorted to YouTube to find more information. Once I had set the camera up I was pleased with the result. I specifically wanted to film a birthday party with my friends. The quality of the videos and pictures is good but I still need to fine tune the settings to get clearer pictures. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

My purchase of my Sony a6600 cost only two thirds of the price on other sites, and the delivery was fully 4 days ahead of schedule.   Refreshingly Great Company Excellent price by far the best, in fact significantly cheaper than even B&H Photo, and that is from a company that actually has the item in stock, rather than just saying that they have.   Got my a7s III exactly as I ordered. Delivered very quickly within 3 days from DHL. The ordering process was straightforward too. I particularly appreciated the fact that the website doesn't add on more costs like taxes at the end (the cost shown on the website is what you pay, no surprises).   Checking out did not go smoothly. I wanted to use a MasterCard and selected that (twice), but received no feedback that the order was complete.   One stop shop and get what you need Empire Photo is a great place to get exactly what you need for professional video production. From high end to budget conscious gear, they have and you can usually get it within a day or two.I love this place. Whether I go online or travel to NYC they always are the best.   Great advice for beginners Having never delved into the hobby of wildlife and birds-in-flight photography, I was uncertain about what I should buy.   Disappointed with the visit to the Empire PHOTO store in Central New York...sales agent didn't seem interested and informed us the main product we wanted wasn't available anywhere....didn't try very hard....one hour later we tried another store in Manhattan and completely different answer. Item was available after all. Shame as the first store you missed out on a sale....
