  Thank you for making it a smooth process In all honesty I don't like shopping online for cameras, lenses and accessories because you never know what is a scam. Obviously asking about EMPIRE PHOTO and I quickly realized that it was a legit way to buy cameras, lenses and accessories. It's also a great place to find Leica, Pentax, Canon or Olympus cameras that are hard to get a hold of. This was my first purchase with EMPIRE PHOTO and I'm extremely satisfied with the process.

  I really liked the extremely quick shipping but the price of the 2X teleconverter was unbelievably high. I guess that's the way it is now . Very expensive trying to introduce my 2 grandsons to deep-space astrophotography. Thanks for having them shipped so fast

  Fast shipping, great product Unlike some places that show one product and then send an inferior generic product these guys sent exactly what I wanted. The Really Right Stuff BH-55 ball head were OEM just like the pictures and the shipping was very fast. The price was the best I have been able to find. It was my first order to empirephoto.com but I would absolutely order from them again.

  Lost me and others as customers… After they began unnecessarily collecting state sales taxes and adding extra fees on top of that last year, they lost me - and many more - as customers. Some sellers I’ve dealt with advise that they’re getting screwed also. It’s a great place to check price trends and that’s about it - many other camera sites out there that will cost you as a buyer/seller less, a lot less…

  Great service, easy to use website. Empire+Photo+Shop is always a pleasure to do business with weather online or in store. They actually saved me a bunch of money when I purchased my Fuji GFX 50S II by advising me to have shipped to my home which was not in the US. Not many stores will do that without you asking about it. I didn't get to use the camera on my visit but it was worth the savings.

  Excellent Service Empire*Photo*Shop have an easy website for ordering and efficient order processing. I was kept informed at each stage. Only slight negative was that DHL just dumped the delivery at our door without waiting for someone to answer - not good considering it was raining. Other than that they are a good company to use and I would consider them again for future purchases.

  Having purchased 3 tripods and now my 3rd camera from Empire Photo Shop, I can only award them highest regard for their price, delivery & customer service.   I bought a new Nikon D7500 along with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens. Having been looking online for a couple of weeks, I was at first skeptical to find that I could buy both for $180 less than the same products on the high street. However, having read previous positive reviews I decided to give it a go.   Empire Photoshop has offered sound advice when I was undecided on an equipment purchase. They pointed out factors to consider.   Fabulous product and customer service I ordered an OM-OM1, this was on the Thursday prior to the 4 day Easter weekend so I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. DHL emailed to say they would deliver on the Tuesday which didn't impress me, I emailed Empire*Photo*Shop on the Easter Friday and got an immediate response offering to refund extra. The camera actually did arrive on the Saturday as hoped and it is in pristine , as new condition. What a great company to deal with, seriously impressed.

  Magnificent pair of Canon binoculars which I'm very pleased with but sadly the other scope I ordered was not in stock. Empire*Photo*Shop refunded the cost of the second item but no part of the shipping costs for two small products. I managed to purchase the scope from another supplier who charged a similar price which included shipping charges so I came out even overall.

  Recently ordered a second Canon R6 body, accessories and lens, I must say that their prices are pretty reasonable and I felt like I received a good value for the cost. The products arrived quickly and were well-packaged. There was a small issue though with one of the memory cards I purchased- it was not working correctly and I had to contact customer service to get it replaced (which they replaced right away)!

  Nikon D810 I consider myself amateur photographer/hobbyist, and have only ever owned a Nikon D3300. Recently, I upgraded to the d810 FF for landscapes & portrait, I would recommend 200-500mm f5.6 as its small/lightweight included with kit by Empire Photo Store. Nicest camera I've ever owned! LOVE it...tack sharp photos! Really an amazing camera...if you can afford it, definitely worth the upgrade! Brilliant service and very fast delivery. Highly recommended

  FANTASTIC Binoculars! Talking with Stanley at Empire Photo Shop he advised the Canon 10x42 IS binoculars. Excellent as an accessory to my bird photography. Normally I simply trust Empire Photo Shop, and now that they've further dropped their price on these, it's a no-brainer because Empire Photo Shop always takes impeccable care of its customers.

  Lots of point and shoot camera gear available here, very knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and helpful. Great place if you are looking for this sort of gear. Terrible place if you love this sort of gear and have no money. My advice is to stay away if your in the no money category, to many awesome toys here & it will just bring you pain.

  Great product and service. This Sony A7RIIIA body has a charger included! Empire Photo Shop threw in another spare battery on top of the discounted price. Now I have to see what use I will have for an extra soft bag I am a happy videographer/photographer. The Empire Photo Shop staff has been excellent in answering my questions about functionality of the equipment. Way to go, Empire Photo Shop!
