  Amazing service It is a Christmas gift so have not seen if it works but EMPIRE PHOTO customer service and pricing is AMAZING. I will never shop at B&H again after this experience. B&H would NOT price match in store and wanted to charge $25 more for the SAME product. Talked to 3 workers and they specifically changed their rules to no longer price match EMPIRE PHOTO probably because they know they can’t beat their prices. I was shocked by B&H's Bait & Switch tactics. EMPIRE PHOTO made shopping easy and affordable. No run arounds, issues nor price gouging. Free same day shipping that arrived at my home the following morning. They cannot be beat!

  Canon R50 Review Arrived quickly at a competitive price. A lot of in store and online searching led me to Empire~Photo~Shop. The price is actually lower than in local camera stores here in Austin, TX, but availability was a concern as this item was out of stock locally. The order was processed quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised to see how bomb proof the item was shipped to me - no damage at all, everything in original Canon box. Ordered it and received it the next day with Standard Shipping!!

  The process of ordering the camera to receiving it in perfect condition was swift and the emails I was sent to keep me up to date on it's progress. The Sony a6700 camera arrived in an undamaged box and upon opening it was able to give it a check over for any scratches and dents that may have been caused before purchase.   The product was excellent! My packaging was terrible. The box was poorly wrapped and crushed. When I received the package, it looked as if it had been opened. You should spend more time packaging your product. Presentation means everything to a customer.

  Great Service From A Great Company! I ordered a Canon XA70 4K pro camcorder with 3G-SDI from EMPIRE PHOTO store because I had ordered items before and was very pleased with the service I received. The canon vixia hf r 800 and was surprised that EMPIRE PHOTO seemed the only company to have stock. On top of that they were including a free external mic with the deal. The camera was delivered overnight by courier, I was informed the date and time of the delivery via text and email and even included the driver's name. Great service from EMPIRE PHOTO as always. I believe the Canon XA70 4K is one of Canon's greatest cameras for the type of video work I do and all for under $2600.

One order, DJI Mavic 3 series intelligent flight battery , was damaged in transit (UPS post knew they damaged it and held the package), E.P.S sent a replacement immediately which arrived next day - even before the UPS/Mail damaged item had been received back by E.P.S- really pleased with efficient customer service, no quibbles whatsoever!   Great lens, great retailer What I really wanted to comment on is Empire~Photo~Shop. First time I’ve used them, but won’t be last. In researching this lens and who was selling it, it was obvious that there are a lot of less reputable online stores telling you that they can sell this exact lens for less. Empire~Photo~Shop is an authorized Nikon reseller, fair priced, has easy to use web site, provided good customer reviews, and got lens here a day early. Thanks for doing it right!

  Great for the price I recently purchased the Nikon Z6, I recently used it hand held while shooting a university dance program. The images are sharp and great color under ever changing stage lighting. It is a great product and does everything I wanted. Your service was excellent and as an added bonus it was on sale!   Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4 lens was on backorder for several days, but empire photo kept me updated regarding order status. As soon as it was in stock it was shipped to me as part of a sweet bundle deal. I am absolutely thrilled to have it home with me. Best lens I've ever owned.

  Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2.8 After receiving this lens, I mounted it on my Canon EOS 90D and headed out to my backyard to try it out. I was surprised how sharp the images are, and how effective the image stabilization is! The lens is everything I hoped it would be, for a lens in this price range. Very pleased I to have used empire photo shop. Would certainly buy from them again
