  I had a great customer experience with Empire photo shop and am very satisfied with the delivered product. It was very easy to choose the tripod I was looking for using their website, delivery and warranty options all laid out very clearly. Upon ordering, regular emails were sent across to me to keep me up to date with the status of my order, which I really liked and I am ready to start getting the full use of the tripod.

  Canon 24-105 L lens E.P.S as always were fantastic in their service. Item as described, well packaged and promptly dispatched. However DHL's service was not as good. Their excuse was a highway blockade a mile from my address with 2 alternate signed diversions. The driver left the package at my gate risking theft by passerby and I was out. I wasn’t, not happy about that at all. Had to wait in again next day for delivery.

  Canon EOS kit As a real amateur with DSLR I reviewed different models on EMPIRE PHOTO and settled on this kit. The price was definitely right. I'm an amateur, but very pleased with the quality. I have used the Canon 5DS-R to capture wonderful macro shots of flowers and vintage pocket watches. Very much worth the money. A lot of fun.

  Just purchased a Sony a7 IV camera from empire photo shop. They shipped it to me very quickly and packing was excellent. Tested the video capabilities and they are superb, did some bird photography and the sharpness and the bird eye autofocus is amazing.   I bought a macro ring flash and the service I received from the company over the phone and in person at the warehouse was excellent. I was able to pick up my product straight away and Am very happy with the product. All in all, I'm pleased so far with the Nissin ring flash.   As always, the delivery was quick. The MacBook Pro works well and I am now back online. So impressed with the battery life and performance. It's been an absolute joy to use and Empire Photo Shop saved me from waiting months to get it from Apple and had it in stock and showed up in 2 days. Love Empire Photo Shop, best online retailer.   Confusing to order When checking out with PayPal the website is confusing and passes you back and forth without proper explanation of what is happening. This makes it hard to confirm if your order has bee confirmed. The website needs to be improved so that there is no doubt.

  Absolutely Fantastic!! I pre-ordered it just before the holidays, expecting a long wait, but I was pleasantly surprised that Empire Photo Shop was able to ship it within several days. I couldn't be happier with the drone. I thought I'd have to wait a few weeks or months but surprisingly, I received an email the next day saying the Mavic 3 had shipped. I will update this review once I take some shots with this drone. Super stoked to own another DJI drone.

  Love this camera. The sales person at Empire*Photo*Shop was very helpful in the purchase. I purchased this Nikon D800 to photograph wildlife. The best thing about this camera was the price.   I would buy this product again. I rented the Nikon D800E camera and then bought it from Empire Photo Store. Empire Photo Store was offering a $ discount recently, I couldn't resist the temptation, and I'm very glad that I did. This is the perfect DSLR for air shows and birds in flight. I was photographing graduations at the Air Force Academy that were perfect. Empire Photo Store is the best for quick delivery and brand new products time after time. Other than that, what a great piece of equipment!!!!

  Amazing! I bought the Nikon 55m f2.8 Micro-Nikkor and recommend it if it is within your budget. It is simply an addition that enhances your experience beyond the cost of it. For me, it's been exactly what I had hoped for. Empire^Photo^Shop rocks as always.
