  Good Manfrotto product, takes universal quick release mount Adds flexibility to the monopod. Thoughtfully engineered. Most importantly, it gives more opportunity to get the shot. Love having the quick release feature, makes the monopod that much more user-friendly. Would I use them again, without a doubt.

  Excellent service and care Ordered on line. Although I ordered the camera I wanted (5d mark iv), the website had not updated that it was out of stock. I had a telephone call next morning offering me the new upgraded model for the same price. After speaking to the sales rep he advised me to go for next model down (R5), not the upgraded one, as that didnt fit my usage and criteria. He not only saved me money, but I have got a much better camera. Although I am still playing with it, very pleased with the results. Would I use Empire PHOTO again - with the level of service I got, and the knowledge of the various models the sales rep had - of course I would, but for the right reasons, I hope I don't have to in the near future

  This Fuji XF 50-140 lens is so good that I bought it twice I regret selling this lens a couple years ago so much that I ended up buying it again. It's such a superb wide angle zoom lens.

  The product I purchased was not fit for purpose in that its serial number had been destroyed due to the turning of the camera whilst on a tripod. Without the serial number it could not be registered. It was returned for a refund.

  Happy customer. Recently purchased a camera and tripod, communication was good, items arrived when they said they would. Order was split so that items in stock were sent straight away, awaiting delivery of items on back order, but this appears to be a global problem with stock of Nikon batteries as I’ve been unable to find in stock anywhere else. Happy customer.

  Took online order with 48 hour delivery when out of stock. Website said camera was in stock and took my order. I rang the next day to discover that the camera is out of stock. Apparently the online system doesn't link to stock system. I had to cancel the order. I recommend double checking if you order online.

  Consistently excellent I'm an overseas customer who has purchased from Empire PHOTO for years now. They have always provided accurate stock information, accurate descriptions and the goods arrive safely and very quickly. I've only had one issue with an item in a complex package deal not arriving and it was resolved immediately, no questions asked and with no expense to me. Can't rate them any more highly.

  Little pricey but you get what you pay for! Very sharp! My first Sony FE 16-35mm F/2.8 arrived with defective F, yes was not operating. Called Empire PS and returned it at the same day it arrived. Got my other Sony glass shortly. Mostly using for real estate and commercial use. It's a solid work horse.

  I have been Nikon Pro digital shooter since the D100. I am now retired but not dead, I still want to shoot and E.P.S is my favorite camera store. Recently purchased a D780 package online. Fantastic camera, great package! The broad range lens is handy for general purpose. I use the camera for short range photography so I'll buy a lens appropriate. Beyond that, E.P.S is top notch as always and I couldn't recommend a better source for photographic needs. This is a great package across the board!

  Just updated my entire full-frame camera system for the first time in years. Nervous out the change (and expense), but Andy was absolutely fantastic! Helped me compile a list of everything I needed, and in fact saved me some money by suggesting alternative lenses I hadn't considered, and where I could get these at a great price. Excellent advice, took the time to help me set my housing up, and answered all my emails a week later when I had loads of questions about the wide angle zoom lenses I had purchased. Excellent service, and would highly recommend anyone using E.PS for any of your camera needs!

  Amazing after customer service. I brought the Godox P2400 Power Pack Kit online and it was faulty not their fault. I called and Paul the owner said I can return by post and they would send me a replacement. I also email Tracy and she replied almost straight away , I was a bit stressed as I was on holiday this Sat. My new 1 x P2400 Power Pack arrived the next day and it is good condition. Empire photo store is my to go to place. I have brought from them on several occasions including Monolight Lighting and softboxes last week. When I went, the staff were friendly, knowledge and most importantly the after service is amazing and takes the stress out. I know Empire Photo store is separate but do check that out too as the guy who works there is passionate and knowledgeable. He was giving me advice even though he was not working. I don't feel like that I am the customer, it more like a friendly community that really wants the best for you. This is a real old fashioned place where they really look after their customer. I just wish all shops are like this and learn from it. Thank you for all your help and advice and I definitely won't go elsewhere now!

  As of a tourist and i visit the New York like once in three months i would say some item are cheaper than the other shop in London and some are not so better you check the price of all the camera shops in London online before you go but most importance i found BH Photo are better at customer service and this small company will give you a NY tax form that is way too complicated to get your money back.

  A well stocked shop with staff who really know their stuff. They are always friendly and go that extra mile to help. They have a huge range of products that offer various purchase options unlike most camera shops these days. These guys stand out from other photography shops through their excellent customer service.   As a real estate photographer and made the switch from Canon to Sony at the beginning of this year after Andy at Empire convinced how good Sony cameras are for video. I have not been disappointed. In fact, I liked the Sony a7 III so much I bought a second one and no longer use Canon for my videos. 10/10 recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking for a camera or lenses.

  Never been to the shop but as an online buyer, simply excellent. Helpful knowledgeable people and simple answers to queries. Dealt with various problems (none of their making) very well both on the phone and by email. I always felt they were on the case and the best solution was being found. Also offer a customer loyalty scheme which actually works, offering real savings without having to jump through hoops. A pleasure to deal with and my first port of call for photographic kit. Strongly recommended.

  I had excellent service from this company. They were able to get a Ricoh GR III street edition camera to me the next day (Saturday) after ordering. The staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable and i was most pleased with the entire experience. I recommend Empire Photo Shop wholeheartedly.

  Felt like a kid in a toy shop! Absolutely loved the breadth of stock. Had some issues with a shipped order (through fault of the shipping company) but resolved quickly and directly by the team at the shop. My first stop for all my future photography needs!

  Superb Lens AND Value From a Superb Reseller E.P.S Empire Photo was as always superb in customer service. From when I placed my order to when I had my new Tamron 150-600 lens was 1 1/2 days. Courier did not require a signature just acknowledgement through my screen/glass door that I was the addressee allowing me to stay safe in these troubled times. All in all a great experience, I'm thrilled and Empire PHOTO remains my go-to vendor for all my Photographic needs.

  I'm a pro photographer for real estate. I got the 5D Mark IV, an extremely well built machine. I have always owned Canon Cameras an this certainly is high quality Loving the images. Absolutely fantastic independent camera shop with a great collection of new and used cameras & the largest stockiest of Canon USA. Staff were welcoming, friendly and have excellent customer service skills and give honest advice. Highly Recommended.

  Solid Camera I recently purchased this XT-4 camera and the resolution is incredible. The touch screen is extremely convenient and makes the process a bit easier. I would highly recommend this camera.

  I bought the HERO9 bundle when it came on sale for $60 off. Good deal. It's nice, and so is the spare battery. I look forward to using it on our next trip. I also bought an extra battery and GoPro Dual Battery Charger, since the HERO9 doesn't come with a charger (it can charge the battery via USB cable to the camera. Three weeks later the camera is back down to $60 off, plus it now comes with an extra battery and external charger. So I paid for those items and then they are included just three weeks later. I'm disappointed in Empire shop for the first time.
