The web site could be more flexible, for instance, only one selection per catagory can be selected. There was no where to upload my sales and use certificate nor did the site ask for it. There is a great selection of products. SHIPPING IS RIDICULOUS. It cost more than my purchases. Considering there is a warehouse in Orlando, that is highway robbery.

Ordered item, received something different than what the photo showed, returned item and was hit with shipping both ways plus a restock fee. If the item had been photographed appropriately I would never have ordered it. The whole transaction should have been taken care of with more care and concern. So not impressed. Will not order from this site again. Service and response times slow and unsatisfactory. In fact, they have since updated one of the photos to show the beveled edge more clearly which justifies my complaint! I wonder after reading this if they will wish they would have handled my return differently???

There is a magnifying glass that hovers over the product so you can get a closer view. We did not change out the picture. We do offer samples on most items including this item to ensure it meets your needs. You can return the item with the RA#. I was ordering 1 item, black unisex smocks in various sizes. Once I ordered Med-XL, I was unable to go back and add another size, like a Small. I had to delete my entire order and start over. Because of Covid, I am working from home. I was unable to use the Business address for my credit card and have the smocks shipped to a different address, like my home. That was also dissatisfactory.

It took me some time to complete that part because I was unable to move forward and thought it was because I did something wrong. So, I added another address again. Maybe you should remove that. Site was good but shipping costs were highly inflated and double the industry norm. We will not return as a customer when there are other lower priced choices for superior products. I'm not sure I would consider them to be a true wholesale vendor when they pad the wholesale costs with the high shipping fees. We only completed the order because we were in a bind with a new opening.

I never received items, the items were backordered yet they charged my account on 2/12/21. I asked them to issue a credit until the items were shipped, but they said that was against their policy. Well, it is against MY policy to pay for something a month in advance. I had no problem waiting for items to be shipped, I just wanted the charge removed from my account until the items were actually available.
