  Although I received several emails from digitalmaze with downloading links, I used the last one and documented the product key. Everything worked like a charm -- I used the "I have a Product Key" when activating the product after the initial launch of Word.   I purchased a key for the Pro version of Office 2021, was willing to risk wasting the $75 - 10% if it didn't work out, though it looked legit. And it was! No problem downloading the software or using the key. Only issue was my free trial of Office 365 didn't end for 2 days, but once that ended, everything worked fine. Would recommend Digital Maze based on my experience.

  DM has the most straightforward ordering procedure I've experienced in years, as it concerns digital software ordering.   To say I was skeptical is an understatement. But I did a bunch of research, looked at as many 3rd party review sites as possible, the BBB included and decided these guys were legit. Purchased my 2021 Microsoft Office Pro + download for a crazy low price, got the link downloaded, product key entered via my Microsoft account and everything is functioning just as hoped. Super fast, super cheap, all around super.

  I had reservations about the low price for the MS Office Pro Plus 2021 but after several emails with the support team, I decided to buy it and take my chances. After the process of buying, I had problems installing the product. I contacted the support team via email. It didn’t take long for them to respond and work with me. He was extremely helpful and patient with this ol’ timer. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the product to install properly as I had a trial version of Office 365 installed. After several emails back and forth, and my “finger problems”, the support team asked to enter my new computer, which he did, and within minutes, he had the software up and running. Great Job. Great Product. Great Team and Great Price.

  Price was great...almost too hard to believe. I did have to correspond, via mail, twice to get the product key which caused me to initially think I had been scammed. They were very quick to reply to my emails, even at 10 p.m. (EST) after my order. The next morning I received the product key and an apology for the delay. I do highly recommend them because of the customer service follow-up. I will use them in the future.

  I thought that I had purchased Office Professional 2019 for Mac but actually purchased Office Home and Business 2019 for Mac as Access is only available for Windows. I submitted a request to cancel the order and they complied with a refund in 2 hours and 20 minutes.

  This is my second purchase from the company in a year and a half. I would highly recommend purchasing from digital maze. Great product at a solid price point. I had a slight issue with the key provided at first. Contacted support and they immediately replaced the defective key. I would highly recommend purchasing from here.
