  Ordering was quick and easy. They were out of license keys and said they would send one soon. I opened a support call and received a response quickly. The response said the license key was ordered from Microsoft. The license key arrived the next day and installed without any issues.

  Kudos to Digital Mazo for its reviews on the Better Business Bureau's site. They tipped the scale for me. I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. The program loaded easily and works well. Purchasers do have to be patient. Uninstalling Office 2010 requires looking for help in the program box of Windows and then downloading an uninstaller from Microsoft. Uninstalling took well over an hour, so be prepared to do something offline. Installing the new program was easy but did take another extra step. For some reason, Microsoft claimed there were remnants of the old 32-bit program on my computer (even though I used their uninstaller) and said I should go with the 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit. I did and all seems ok.

  Customer service was great. I ordered something I could not use and they were very helpful in refunding my purchase charges. I had trouble ordering to begin with and ended up ordering the same thing 3 times. They refunded all three charges. I was very pleased.

  digitalmaze has great customer support, but I dislike OneDrive so much I am requesting a refund as Microsoft Office no longer has an option to save only to your computer, MicroSoft forces you to save to OneDrive . . . NOT going to happen. I did that 2 years ago and lost 15 years of docs!

  Purchase was easy and instructions were clear. I do suggest reading the instructions completely before starting the download. I had no problem when registering the product key wth Microsoft. Whew! We saved a lot of money.
