  Real easy process. Went to MSFT website after I got my key and downloaded my software. I made a mistake by buying a year subscription from Microsoft last year.   This is a company not to miss. I am 82 years old and not that computer literate. But thanks to two of their agents, especially Kenneth, I order the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019, and they walked me through it all. They are very patient, thorough, and quick with their responses. Don't even consider another vendor when you have a company like Digitalmaze available. I had questions before I purhased and they were complete and honest in their answers. Because of this it was easy to make the decision to buy from them.

  I am always leery of purchasing Microsoft software anywhere but from the Microsoft store. However, I get tired of everything being pushed to the new model of "subscribing" monthly instead of purchasing a version, and the price of purchasing a new version from Microsoft when I finally did find the stand-alone one was outrageous. With DigitalMaze, not only was it simple to find what I wanted, I was able to purchase the Pro version for a fraction of the cost of the regular version. I received the download link almost immediately in my email, and after installing, I got a Microsoft pop-up on first use saying I didn't purchase this on my Microsoft account. But when I entered the key provided in my email, Microsoft verified it was legitimate and my software install was complete! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

  Great customer service - the transaction went through quickly and I immediately received my email with the key. Then doubt set in because I tried it and it didn't work, so I looked at the reviews with people complaining it didn't work and thought oh no, it's not going to work for me either. Letting my doubt get the best of me, I sent an email to support. Within minutes, David responded to assist. Turns out, it was completely user error and it would have worked perfectly the first time. So I reached back out to David (via email) and let him know it worked. Rather than ending it there, David responded with links to the Microsoft site in case I have any issues in the future.   It was easy to purchase, but in the end the product didn't work with my operating system. They helped diagnose the issue and offered me a quick refund upon learning that I wouldn't be able to use the product. Very helpful customer service.
