  digitalmaze has great customer support, but I dislike OneDrive so much I am requesting a refund as Microsoft Office no longer has an option to save only to your computer, MicroSoft forces you to save to OneDrive . . . NOT going to happen. I did that 2 years ago and lost 15 years of docs!

  Great customer service - spent 4 hours trying to get help from Microsoft so I could use the Office program I purchased from Digital Maze. Microsoft doesn't care about their customers but Digital Maze helped me figure it out....so grateful and pleased with their service. Will definitely use them again for my software needs.   Digital Maze provided quick responses to my questions. This included before purchase and after purchase. I had problems with installation - not due to Digital Maze -- due to Office 365 product hosted by GoDaddy. If you have Office 365 from GoDaddy, it will interfere with downloading Microsoft Project. This is because this product is not supported by GoDaddy and their setup rejects it. I resolved issue by downloading Project to my laptop -- keeping it away from my GoDaddy Office products on my desktop. TMI? Not if you're living that GoDaddy issue.

  I was a little leery at first since I have had bad experiences with companies selling Keys to Microsoft products, that turned out not to be genuine. I purchased a Win 11 Pro License, and the key did not work. But I contacted customer service and they solved an issue right away. Genuine Microsoft Products! The downloads were quick and no problem installing the new apps after removing the previous versions. Very happy with their prices. and will be back for more.
