  All three items are in good quality, however one of them is with odor as if it was sprayed with certain perfume. I don’t like lingeries with odor, and I washed it twice to remove that smell. This is the second time I used dessus dessous service, I enjoyed the purchase experience it offered except the strange odor incident.

  Be careful with sizing…I bought an item labeled L/XL on their website that came in and was M/L. They said it was French sizing, so it was my error, but I could return it (crazy expensive from the US). Live and learn. Other experiences have been great, so I added one star back.

  Yes at no point doe's it inform you that there is customs duty to pay and it states free delivery if you spend a certain amount ,when you spend that amount it takes you over the customs allowance I'm my case I had to pay an additional£69.99 for goods and delivery which was supposed to be free also got an email from french delivery company which I've no idea what it says l

  The range and quality from Dessus Dessous is very good. I am very happy with my purchases. One star lost because the random and accumulated shipping charges through Parcelforce are a big shock and make it quite an unpleasant shopping experience. If they have the opportunity Dessus Dessous should look around at what other companies are doing. I have not had this problem with other EU companies shipping to UK.

  My shopping experience was wonderful. Although it was from France, and I live in California And I can say I had some concerns at the beginning but I know now that I don’t need to be concerned at all.   You have a very nice selection of lingerie, but I wish you would offer a more expansive selection of Selmark, and sometime you don't offer bras in size 32D when a particular line does come in a 32D. And finally, your shipping used to be so much better. When I order from Glamuse, I receive my order so much faster - weeks faster.

  The products were great and I did buy above the limit specified - however I was charged a further £120 by customs and mail handling in order to pick up the parcel! That wasn't made clear throughout the checking out system and there was no paperwork present to say that I shouldn't have to do that.

  My orders have been handled promptly. One if my recent items we’ll the buttons came off when I washed it . This caused me to need to go to the fabric store , purchase needle and thread and new buttons to make my garment wearable . This was after a single washing. I’m pleased otherwise .

  It was a shock to have duty vat and handling in the uk added on to your dessous dessus price. It made an extra 77.48 added onto the 192..00. Expensive .

  Hello unfortunately slapped with such high amounts of import duty i cannot afford to buy my lingerie at dessous dessus. I will have to shop where these charges dont apply. Its sad as i had a good relationship with your company and spent a lot of money with you.bon chance
