  The website of Dessus Dessous is easy to navigate. Customer service is good, for example, when a piece was no longer available, I was notified and was offered a similar item. The delivered goods were of good quality so that I was very happy with my purchase. The downside is that since I live in Germany, it can take longer for my order to arrive.   I had to make purchases to a certain value otherwise it wouldn’t process. I think they said it was Brexit? I was extremely disappointed by this but the products are so nice that it wasn’t difficult to find items to buy that I liked. Then I had to pay £68.00 at customs before I got my goods. I love them but won’t be buying from them again as it was all too expensive. It felt like a trap-had to buy a certain amount then pay duties BECAUSE of the amount I’d spent. I’m Scottish and never voted for Brexit! I want to be able to buy beautiful lingerie from France……..
