  Really nice products that my wife loves. Great pricing when the timing is right on Empreinte. I buy for her and she loves that. Sometimes there has been problems in sizing but since we are in the USA return shipping is usually more costly than the product and we have just kept the product ( usually panties). US, FR, UK and international sizing can drive you crazy. But at least we can get a great selection of brands shipped quickly.

  Brexit has caused all kinds of issues, and one is importing into the UK. It is possible for Dessus Dessous to set up a process where tax is paid at source and not get hammered by Customs when it arrives in the UK. (P.S. I did not vote for Brexit. Sorry :-( )

  Unfortunately my lovely underwear cost a lot more than originally thought due to extra tax which I had to pay due to customs charges after BREXIT. Whilst this is not Dessus Dessous fault, this should have been made clearer within the shipping costs. Sadly these extra costs make future purchases with Dessus Dessous prohibitive and totally unaffordable.

  Avete cose molto belle, senza’altro, ma il servizio è molto lento. Inoltre fornite gratis fino in Lituania ma non iìverso l’Italia, che è il Paese più vicino. Anche un reso è costoso, una volta ho ordinato un capo bianco/turchese e mi era arrivato bianco/nero. Non ho chiesto il cambio perchè lento e costoso, e un Lise Charme è sempre bello, ma non era quello che volevo. Per avere 5***** bisogna essere veloci, affidabili e se si sbaglia, fare un reso gratis e veloce. L’ultima fornitura corrisponde a quanto ordinato e lentamente, ma arrivato bene.

  Apparently, there are discrepancies in sizing even within one brand (in my case, it was Simone Perele, which I am familiar with). The bra unexpectedly had mighty large cups for the size, and customer service told me to send it back at my own cost. Customer service said they'd check if it's a manufacturing mislabeling. I would assume it would be most likely a "fits large, please size down" issue, just like with some clothing items. My understanding is that buying a bra on a website is very much a gamble.

  yes there is. when I return, there is no return label in the packet. It would make it so MUCH MUCH easyer. You can deduct it in the prize on the goods ...which you can inform on your home padge. Most companys do it. An obvious way to keep happy returning customers.
