  I thank the service team in Dessus Dessous for taking extra efforts to fulfill my order. First I was offered either to select a replacement for a sold-out item, or to get a refund for that sold-out item. An opportunity to select a replacement is great to me as I live in Taiwan and shipipng cost is around Euro 25 and shipping time is around 5-10 days. A day later I was informed that the service team managed to get that sold-out item from the supplier for me! I really apprecaite the great service from Dessus Dessous. Please keep up the good work!

  I purchased 2 Simone Perele bras from this company. Both bras, especially the one, had a strong chemical odor that I have never noticed on any bras I have purchased before, including bras from Simone Perele. This odor was unacceptable to me, so I returned both bras at my own expense, which was quite costly given I am in the US and the company is in France. Although the company allows returns, I feel they should've covered return shipping costs, given the unacceptable quality of the items that I received. Sadly, I would not purchase from this company again.
