  My order was shipped after reconfirming my ID (passport) , waited for 2 weeks, got notification that order is ready to pick up at pick up location , immediately arrived at pick up location and was informed that order is sent back. No explanation. Now I need to wait until order is back to get refunded for all this mess. Informed Dessous Dessous, they apologized and that's it. It is almost a month after they have charged my credit card.

  I am very pleased with the way you handled my order, it was dispatched promptly as advised. But I'm disappointed with Colissimo who delivered my order. Every time I place an order it seems to take longer and longer to be delivered. It used to take about 6 days (4-5 working days) to deliver but my last order took 13 days (9 working days). Fed-Ex is great have never had problems but is too expensive. Thank you for my last order, love it!

This error that DESSUS DESSOUS has committed when sending me a garment with the wrong size has forced me to return it. They have indicated a credit in my favor for € *** and I had to pay € *** for the value of the bra plus € *** shipping, plus another € *** for return postage.   hi, it was my first time placing order on your website. I just received the package today but it is serious damaged and all soaked. It also smells bed. I have to wash the lingerie two times before wearing them. Quite disappointing shopping experience and really hope that you can put a waterproof package.
