  A very user friendly site which made designing the bespoke look easy and quick. If you get an engraving on the handle, do not worry if the letters look oddly aligned; the actual product is perfect.

  My items eventually arrived as promised. However at one point I thought the package might be lost, and when I reached out to Deejo customer service to ask a question, they were rude and dismissive. Rather than work with me, they told me the lost package was my fault, even though it was not even confirmed to be lost yet. I have zero confidence in their commitment to helping customers who pay them for a good product which means I would not order from them again, which is a shame because they seem to do good work.

  This website is amazing! Based on each selection/choices, you can see exactly what you're knife will look like before ordering it! I feel this is important in case you change your mind after seeing it. This is exactly what I did ... when I had in my mind what I wanted, when I saw it, it didn't feel right so I made some changes. It was those changes that allowed me to make my final decision.

  I have to say, there are not many knives out there that have it all. Deejo does in my humble opinion. The design, choices in which to do so, blade and handle materials, and the sharpness that seems to last forever are some of the things I look for in a quality original knife. I own 6 as of this review.

  My Deejo knives are beautiful to look at but the blades arrived chipped along the cutting edges which are surprisingly rough and poorly finished for a product that otherwise is very impressively packaged.

  Never had a bad product. They honor the warranty!! I had a wooden handle that split and they sent me replacement handle to repair with, no questions asked after a year or so. Great service to say the least!

  I am a bit disappointed. I’m not crazy about the brown color on the blade, although I assume you did so because of the pigmented handle I chose. And, I’m not crazy about the color of the handle either. I thought it would be brighter and more festive. I have attached a picture of the new Deejo and my previous purchase, and you can see the aesthetic difference. I guess the picture won’t attach. I’ll send it by separate email.

  the detail of the dragon is poor at best. the only reason I can say it's a dragon is because I know that is what I chose. I bought the smallest knife you offer as it is a gift for my nephew, it would help if you only suggested certain engravings on the small knives for your future customers.

  I have been nothing but Satisfied and quite honestly rather impressed with ordering knives from Deejo. I have ordered four in total now and while they are a little pricey they are very well made. What surprised me the most was how quickly I received my order(even with a personalized engraving) I placed an order and received my knife within just a few days. Would highly recommend these knives they are sleek and rather lightweight and easy to carry while still feeling like you have something sturdy if ever you should need.

  It was fun to design and order a custom knife for my nephew's birthday. I still find it hard to believe how quickly I received the finished product. I ordered the knife on a Wednesday, and it was delivered to me the following Monday. That's manufactured, shipped from France, and received in Florida in less than a week. Amazing service.

  The order was processed quickly and I received the knife in a very timely manner. It is a very beautiful knife. I question the functionality of the knife as the wood cracked at the very bottom of the knife where a screw attaches it. I have glued the wood piece back on and hope that is the only issue I will have. I probably should have ordered a harder wood.

  I wanted a lightweight flat folding pocketknife that was comfortable in my pocket. I've had others that tend to feel clunky and due to size and shape frequently set off my car alarm via remote in my pocket if I move or sit the wrong way. This fits the bill perfectly and on top of that has great aesthetics. Not cheap but truly good things rarely are. Feels like a quality product, should last forever.
