  I am VERY happy with the final results. The quality of knife, tattoo, and custom inscription are excellent. What's even more amazing in this era of shipping delays, my order was place on a Sunday, and I received 4 knives that same Thursday in Ohio. Amazing!!

  I would give them 10 stars if I could! The knife was carved and personalized perfectly, the shipping was very fast, and the recipient was completely pleased. There are few gifts that you know will be a lifetime treasure and this is one of them.

  I ordered matching knives for my son-in-law and myself to commemorate the birth of my granddaughter. I ordered them the day she was born and received them 4 days later customized and engraved from France! Awesome service and 2 beautiful knives that we will keep forever. Thin and lightweight but are great quality and easy to open and close.

  I discovered Deejo from an ad online and again through an email promotion via Elevator. I run two restaurants here in Montana and after being very happy with my order for myself and for a father's day gift, I then had made orders for my management crew. Between my businesses, family and friends, I think I currently stand around +20 knife orders I have placed with Deejo. Yes, I would highly encourage anyone to try them.

  Choosing what type of knife,what I wanted on the blade,and what I wanted engraved was easy! Once I placed my order,which was also simple,deejo sent me an e-mail letting me know they received my order and what kind of knife I ordered. Told me how long it would take to customize the knife and when it would ship. Once it started it’s shipping they offered an easy way to track it. Then they gave me several options on how and where I wanted it delivered. Very satisfied with my whole experience with deejo,I would recommend them to anyone!

  I ordered my 5th deejo knife as a gift for my son-in-law & it arrived with a different tattoo than the one I ordered. I contacted deejo & sent photo of knife and shipping slip. The order was corrected and arrived in time for gift. Deejo corrected the error and proved to me that the quality of their product and their customer service is excellent.

  I have found my Deejo Knife both innovative in design and practical, but using the "belt" clip caused me to lose the first one, a gift from my daughter. Would not recommend using this at all. Also my first attempt to order a replacement was lost, so its taken a very long time to replace it.

  I ordered from deejo on 11.5.2021 and didn't receive my order until 12.28.2021. When I contacted deejo about the missing order on 12.15.2021 I was required to provide a legal document verifying my non-receipt of items. This was an extra hassle and expense. I asked deejo for a tracking and confirmation number on the order, but they would not provide any information at all. Personally, I don't believe they ever shipped my original order, which is why they wouldn't provide a tracking id. The customer support person I interacted with was unhelpful and generally unresponsive when I asked questions. They would only communicate in generic pre-typed correspondence that provided instructions on their expectation of me. They would not answer my questions.

  Beautiful knife ! The standard size I ordered is a little smaller than I thought it would be but it's a gorgeous knife.. very well made & the presentation with the bag it came in is very nice ! Service was terrific ,I had the knife very quickly from the order time until the delivery time was fast !   Deejo will not respond to my email. I ordered 4 knives (2 prior), sheaths and was also offered a "paring' knife on my next order, a code was provided to me to use (via the postal service). I received the 4 knives and sheaths but did not receive the paring knife as advertised. I sent an email to let them know I did not receive the paring knife…crickets. You may make, produce quality items but your word is just as important to me.

  Got it as a gift for my brother in the Navy, the anchor detail is a nice touch and he loves it! I got it personalized and he is talking about handing it down to his son when the time comes. He has his first child on the way so it was a first time father's/Christmas gift. I want one for myself now! Beautiful knife and it shipped to me within 3 business days the week before Christmas! Can't speak on the sharpness cause I didn't test it but I definitely want one of my own!

  Great quality knifes! I bought 2 of them which I designed using their customization application and I couldn't be happier. One was for a gift that was really well received, the other I kept for myself :) I like that I was able to have the knives inscribed with our names. I can't imagine not doing this for something so nice and customized. The knives were built and shipped within a day and DHL delivered to me ahead of schedule. The entire process worked flawlessly from beginning to end. I'll definitely be shopping with deejo again. It was a fantastic shopping experience!

  In all I have purchased five of these knives. Two for me and three as gifts. I purchased the second for me after I lost mine then found it after ordering a second. I got a different tattoo on the second one and am happy to have both. One of them lost a screw for the belt hook and Deejo replaced it, complete with the tool to screw it in. I am very pleased with all their products and absolutely love the paring knife I received for being a repeat customer
