  I ordered and received two custom knives but the one with gold handles was severely scratched. It appears they know there is a problem but have not remedied. When I contacted customer service, one of the issues I can select specifically mentions scratched gold handle. I have yet to hear back from Deejo for a solution.

  It is rare to have every aspect of a on-line experience tie together from start to finish . The Deejo team has really thought through every aspect of making the design process a clear , easy and fun experience . Creating a custom knife with their application is powerful non frustrating experience. Giving a customer 30 minutes to make changes after the order is brilliant and unheard of. Delivery was fast and the product is beautiful.

  Selection of the blade engraving is very slow and cumbersome...sometimes frustrating. In the end, the completed product is quite pleasing. I have several knives for myself and have given personalized knives to my sons. Once your design is completed and submitted, production and delivery is swift and flawless!

  Deejo's order processing is incredibly fast. I ordered a tattooed, engraved knife on Friday night, and had it in my hand on Wednesday! Bear in mind that Deejo is in France, and I'm in Texas, USA. And of course, the knife was exactly to my specs - and will be a beautiful, functional gift for my son. This was the fifth knife I've purchased (two for my own use) and Deejo is now my go-to for great gifts.

  This is my third knife. I gave one as a gift. I lost one. I use my knife every day for smal things like opening letters to carving designs on table legs. So when I lost mine I didn't hesitate I boungt another one. One thst was bigger. I flet lost with my knife.

  Knife looks OK, but the build is cheap. There is no ergonomic way to fold the blade out. Basically, this is bit of a scam for some cheap blades priced super high.

  Purchase and options in customization on the website was extremely fluid and user friendly. I have to congratulate the engineering of the page. I was truly impressed by the product when it arrived, completely blew my expectations. Not only for the very fine quality of the product but also for the packaging and additional printed materials. It resembles the quality boxing you would get when going to an Apple Store, but with different items. As for the product itself, absolutely amazing. Beautifully crafted and designed. Your knives are probably the best Knives I have ever purchased.

  Perhaps the people at Deejo Knives are nice people in a personal way, but my experience of buying their product has been very disappointing and frustrating. I received marketing materials from Deejo that showed their products having a belt clip. I was searching for a knife like this which includes a belt clip. I purchased it from Deejo. Then Deejo shipped me a knife without a belt clip. When I contacted Deejo to resolve the issue they refused to help me.

  I previously requested to speak with customer service and I was told that it is not possible. You sent me a knife that I cannot use because there is no clip included, and you are keeping my money. It is disrespectful and insulting when you keep telling me to have a nice day after deceiving me. My experience is that you are operating a scam company.

  DHL has a "delivery on demand" service. I was scheduled to be out of town on the original delivery date. I took the time to request a delay in delivery date and DHL delivered it on THEIR original delivery schedule.

  The main problem I ran into was the asthetics of the tattoo on the knife. Some of the tattoos are designed without regard to the deeply engraved and recessed lettering for the deejo trademark. The images on the website don't really capture the real life impact of that visual interference. Don't get me wrong, I liked the mechanical characteristics of the knife. It is light weight but still put together with an attractive retro screw assembly. The blade was nicely sharpened when it arrived. But for what is essentially a decorative knife, however functional, the conflicting asthetics of the tattoo and the trademark is too much. That combined with the no-return policy definitely puts this product into a buyer- beware situation.

  These are AWESOME knives! Pricey, yes- but worth every penny. I liked my first one so well and my wife was also impressed. I asked her awhile after I had mine, if she would like one. She said, “Yes!”. So I got one for her and she is very pleased to be the owner of her OWN personalized DEEJO knife!!!!

  The knife itself is excellent....however the color of the wood I chose (juniper wood) is much lighter than that shown on the website.....the actual color is very light and similar to the "olive wood" picture.....therefore.....a mistake was made on creating my chosen knife.....or the pictures on the website are not representative of what you will receive

  I placed an order for 2 knives, and for some reason when I received the order confirmation I noticed that one was a longer model than what I wanted. I must have made an error in my selection. The confirming email indicated that I had 30 minutes to make any changes, but their website only let me change the engraving, not the actual model. However I should have been able to cancel the order and place a new one, but I was unable to do so on their site. I immediately contacted their customer service via email, and received no response until the next day. They replied indicating the order was in production and could not be changed. So I received a custom knife with engraving (which was a gift), NOT the size I wanted. This was very disappointing. I understand that since they ship orders within 48 hours they need to move these through production fast. But telling a customer he has 30 minutes to make changes, then not allowing me to do so, is misleading and very frustrating. I love the knife, but would never order from them again because of this issue. It's a shame they lost a customer over something like this. They had absolutely no desire to correct the issue, simply told me nothing could be done.

  I have repeatedly order the knives in all sizes and many tattoos for gifts and personal use. They never fail to get smiles. They are solid and artfully made with a variety of options. The customer service and speed of fulfillment amazes me especially since they are shipped from France; usually within 5 business days. Excellent product and service, unusual in today’s marketplace!

  Did not receive the coral wood handle. Space between handle and blade is significant enough to cause the blade to "wobble". Blade is very good.
