  I ordered two Tattoo custom blades on a Wedensday evening and it was at my place the next Friday. Two days for custom monogram blades is awesome. I am also extremly pleased with the quality. Its an elegant design with a cool look.

  I was very disappointed in the size of the handle. I felt that it is actually dangerous to use. It was a gift for my son and he also felt handle is too small for a normal sized hand. I should have ordered the larger model but in the initial offer it was-not shown in true size. Knife is beautiful but not functional to use on a regular basis. Need to be overly cautious when using it.

  Looks good. I like that it's small & light weight. I'd hoped for more engraving letters to be available. Too pricey for what was offered for lettering.. Doesn't seem to hold an edge very well. Overall it's o.k.

  I was amazed, France to Canada in 1.5 days. The shipping wasn’t simply $10 thou, it was an additional $35 at the door in duty charges and extra shipping, I was a little annoyed at that. The knife is beautiful thou, maybe find a better reseller next time.

  Only reason for three stars is because it looks nice. The knife can only be used for light duty work. I appreciate the simplified design and should have realized that meant it wouldn’t be able to do anything but light duty. The design also does not allow for one handed opening. The picture online makes it look like there is a spot for your thumb to open the knife. There is not. This makes the knife not very handy as a daily carry knife. It was nice to be able to customize it but I’d rather it be functional and should’ve just bought the same knife I had before. Same price, spring loaded, one hand open and I don’t feel like I’m going to break it. Design also feels flimsy and when gripped I’m afraid I’m going to hit the close release. Not very well thought out.

  I saw the Deejo ad on the internet and was a little hesitant at first but the Astro tattoo sold me since this was for my grandson who absolutely loves the Solar System. I could not believe how fast the shipment arrived, and from France! The quality is fantastic! Design and tattoo are beautiful. The only complaint I have is the size. I measured the 9 cm / 11 cm and when the knife arrived, it just seemed too small (purchased the 9cm). So I’ll wait and debate if I want to purchase another knife but larger. Still very happy with the product. Thank you!

  The order process was okay. Website sort of glitchy. The order went through and was delivered really fast. However if you dont live in Europe, I wouldn't recommend. By the time you convert the price with shipping your almost $130, and plus the baorder fees for import were another 45. Like the product but being overseas it's not AT ALL worth the cost you end up paying.

  Very happy with the ordering process, making and creating of my own knife, etc. The knife came just as ordered. Very nice quality! The only complaint I have is the packaging of the knife for shipping. A very nice, sturdy black box is given with the knife. It has a magnet for closing and a very nice inside to keep your knife for display. Knowing our shipping companies today, and how bad they treat and handle packages, I feel Deejo, as all companies today, know and is common knowledge how bad shipping companies are, that Deejo would have packed this knife nicer and safer. They only used an envelope that is itself also bubble wrap, Well, the nice black box came crushed beyond fixing. The knife is ok though. I am a collector and would have liked the box, which is made for keeping and display, to be in nice shape. However, Deejo is still a nice company with quality knives. Thank you. PS. Deejo: Please be aware of this and send your packages with more care for protection during shipping. Thank you. :)

  The website was fantastic at letting me build my own knife and give it a style that was all mine. Most amazingly, though, was the speed at which it arrived on my doorstep. Ordered one day. Shipped the next, and delivered two day later. That’s amazing for a firm down the street, but unbelievable for an international shipment. The website, the service, and most of all, the knife, are all very impressive. I’m very pleased to have stumbled on to them.

  I purchased the Deejo as an impulse buy after reading an article on them. The website and order process was extremely easy, attractive and seamless. The blade arrived much more quickly than I thought (4-5 days from order placement) which is especially unusual given the high-level of customization. There must be millions of possible product combinations. It was well worth it in every way. I like to carry a small high quality folder for everyday tasks. The 27g Deejo was perfect. It is sharp, easy to open, highly functional, and attractive enough to be a conversation piece. It feels customized enough to really form a bond with the knife in almost an heirloom sort of a way. Deejo delivers on its product and experience in every way a customer could want.

  This is the second order I've placed with Deejo and am beyond satisfied. Their website is extremely easy to use and you get to see the finished product as you have specified. If you don't like what you've chosen, it is super easy to change before order is placed. I love this company!

  I am a bit of a pocket knife junky. What I love about the Deejo knives, apart from the aesthetics of the customizable designs (which are wonderful), the knives are extremely lightweight and comfortable to use. Perfect for daily carry, though possible not for heavy use.

  The knife is beautiful, however i received it with tiny scratches which is upsetting because we still haven't even used it. And I also received the order missing 2 items, which had to be shipped after I emailed customer service. I also ordered the pouch and was disappointed in the quality, it's supposed to be leather with red interior and lining, it looks cheap and has orange interior and lining instead.

  Great product - the knife came out looking exactly like the cool build-our-own web site showed and it shipped quickly and arrived when it said it would. Couldn't ask for more, though one weird glitch had some of the emails they sent leading to the French version of the site. But not a biggy!

  If it wasn't across a Holiday (Independence Day) I would have given a 3 star review. All and all I got my custom knife in a reasonable time frame . Price is fair for the quality of knife . I like the look of the knife and function seems good.

  I do like your products, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I sent three messages and emails because my order was not correct. While you did send me a replacement eventually, I don’t feel that your customer service was up to par. I would think twice about purchasing from you directly again.

  I guess this section refers to the order processing. The website is well designed and allows to buy a large diversity of knives and, with a well designed interface, customize a knife with several options to create your favorite one. The ordering process is straightforward from there, mine went without a glitch.
