  I called into be sure this was would work with my system. Confirmation was quickly verified. I ordered the motor and it arrived the following day. When I had a question on the wiring the motor gave me the information I needed. Great service! I will definitely order from them again

  I ordered my pump later in the day, they pulled my order and notified me it was shipped that evening. I received my motor quickly (packaged very well) .Turns out my motor was not the issue so I requested a return. They responded quickly. I just had to pay return shipping which was fair.

  Received my order yesterday right on time. It was a very easy order and Carla was professional and helpful. Installed the motor today so haven't had a very long test but all is running well for now. The only fly in the ointment was the shipping cost, but had to have it fast and that is exactly the way l got it. Shipping keeps from rating higher.

  This was possibly the best experience I've had in several years with a company like this. I was looking for a part for a very old (> 20 years) furnace, and I found it on their website. I called to make sure it was really available, which it was (at a reasonable price, I might add). The person I spoke to on the phone took my order right there, so I didn't have to go through the web-ordering process, and it shipped that same day, and I received it the next day - very important, since my furnace was down and it was in the teens that day. From start to finish, this was an A-1 operation - would highly recommend them based on my experience.

  I Live in Wisconsin and my gorgeous wife woke up to a cold house, then woke me up to check the furnace . It was below zero outside, and getting colder by the hour inside. I found my inducer blower was shot. I was able to get er spinning enough to get some hot air going, but knew I didn't have much time. I rolled the dice in hopes that I could get one delivered before mine was totally cuput. Did I mention it was Friday afternoon, cuz it was. To my surprise, I had a replacement on my doorstep the next day! Couldn't be happier.
