  Website was easy to navigate. I found the item I needed, and I called and spoke with Kera, who was fantastic. I called 10 minutes before their shipping deadline, but she was able to get my order shipped, and I received it the next day. Since my furnace was dead in Chicago with very cold weather ahead, this was crucial.

  The navigation through the site was easy. The price and delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, The motors I bought was not the problem as I troubleshooted deeper. I had to return the product and the customer service was excellent. Sent me an email with instructions on how to return the product. I will definitely recommend this website to anyone.

  Just what I ordered. On time. Took the blower apart. Put in the new squirrel cage fan. Put assembly back in the furnace. Fired up the furnace and instead of a rattling sound, the fan was almost soundless. I'm very pleased with this company..

  The water heater vent fan I needed is not a particularly common item and is very specific to my type of heater. I got into an online chat with Debbie, who quickly set me up with the correct item. Item was shipped to me and I received it the following day. Item was well packaged inside two rugged cardboard boxes. I installed it and it is working fine.

  Order on Dec 26 received on the 27th. I would fault them for not knowing my furnace went down on Christmas Eve and just have shipped it then. LoL . I called on the shipping times for their Amazon listing and she said she could place an order with free shipping for cheaper than the listing price so around $20 saved after taxes

  Our furnace went out due to a failed inducer motor. Another company claimed to have the part we needed in stock. It was a lie. After 11 days of no part and no heat, we found CSH and were delighted by the incredible service. One day after talking with Kara at CSH, we had the part we needed and heat was restored(along with our faith in humanity.) Great company. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Their chat was actually functioning with a live human being to help me out. The product I needed was obsolete and they helped me find a suitable replacement that worked better than the original.   Called the company as I was a bit skeptical about the replacement motor I was ordering. They helped double check the motor I was looking at matched my configuration and that it was in stock. They answered questions about shipping speeds and guaranteed that if I placed my order it would be shipped the same day. Motor arrived and fired right up in my furnace.   This item was not the same as the one I am trying to replace although the product numbers are the same the shaft is too small I need another 21/2” of shaft to fit my ice maker. I thought if I bought the same product number it would be the same but it wasn’t and I already cut the wires so I’m stuck with a motor I can’t use.
