  You have a lot of choices when it comes to where to buy an electric motor. I chose CSH because of their people. I had checked with other places for the same or comparable product, some were cheaper and some more expensive, but none of them as helpful as the lady I was luckily connected with from CSH. She discovered the website images were incorrect and some information was lacking. She asked to call me back. In today’s world I figured that would be the last time i heard from her. A couple hours later she contacted me with everything I was looking for. What she did was more than excellent customer service, she won a customer for life. My mistake is that i didn’t get her name to make public mention of it here. But to the lady in Tennessee who served me, thank you. Your customer service efforts will bring me back the next time I need an electric motor.

  Very satisfied! Order the pump Monday, a nice lady call and apologize that is going to be a one day delay since the have to get the it from the manufacturer. Received the pump 3 days after, in a good package condition! Installed the pump on Saturday and pump is running as it should. Happy customer so far! Lowest price on the internet. Thank you!!

  They gave me one heck of a deal on a motor. I apologize I forget the lady's name who helped me, but she was quick to provide a detailed drawing of the motor to make sure it was the correct one I needed. When I confirmed it was they were very quick on getting the motor out and shipped to me. It came just as it should undamaged ready to go. Once I put it on and make it operational I plan on buying a second one for the shelf. I will definitely buy from them again

  This was easy to order in the website and shipping was very prompt. The replacement motor worked beautifully but I did not receive a new fan. No real harm in using the old one though, so overall am very pleased.
