  called CSH about 2 pm central time Thursday 8/3/24 regarding availability of pool pump motor. Was advised motor was available at Garland Tx warehouse. Called CSH back at 3 pm central time 8/3/24 to confirm order and requested order be processed so I could pick up at Garland warehouse. Was advised it was too late to pick up even though the warehouse was open until 5 pm. As a result, I had to reschedule our contractor for the next day to install the motor.

  The transaction started great - they read my email over the weekend and contacted me Monday am to arrange the sale and next day air delivery. Tuesday the tracking still showed "label printed," so I called and - oops, somehow the UPS didn't pick it up on Monday. So, not so great. Then they sent it NDA AM delivery - which made up for the goof - I got it Wednesday before noon, installed it (I'm in an RV and this motor/gearbox was to bring the main (heavy) slide in and out), tested it, with plenty of time for my exit from that campground on Thursday. End of the day they more than made up for their mistake.

  I was shopping for a new motor for my Port-A-Cool and found this one on C H website but the picture did not show if the motor came with the four pin connector installed.   Was looking for a fan motor for an old gas shop heater. ( 1958 ) I first called then I told them what I had and their customer service and technician asked me some questions and they hooked me up on a fan motor.
