  Received defective products. I found out the hard way... after installation and a minute of running the furnace, the wheel came off and started knocking into the fan case. I installed it again onto the shaft to figure out what happened and with light pulling pressure I was able to pull the blower wheel off. Why? The new stock is advertised to include spring clamps but the spring clamp did not hold because it lacks enough material to provide the proper holding pressure. The original spring clamp was thicker and twice as tall. Why not use the original clamp you say? Well, removing the included clamp will damage the wheel cause it press fitted. This was the second time buying from CSH. The first replacement did not have a spring clamp included so I used the original spring clamp that came with the furnace. Bought two this time cause I wanted a backup blower wheel since the first replacement I bought from CSH did not last as long as the original one. 2.3 years compared to 11 years. The second time around it did not even last a minute. Now Im looking for alternatives.

  We apologize for your issues with this wheel. It does come with a clamp, so we do apologize if you did not receive one with your shipment, we would have gladly shipped one out to you right away. And for the wheel itself, we sell over 500 of these wheels a year with little to no issue and return. So again, we apologize for the issue you have had with this wheel.

  Did you not read my review? The issue is not that it did not come with spring clamps. The issue is the spring clamps that come with it is not strong enough to hold the wheel on the shaft. It’s weak. Removing the included spring clamps ruins the arbor. I’m not the only one that’s complained. Read your reviews.

  Yes, I did read your review - specifically this line: "The first replacement did not have a spring clamp included so I used the original spring clamp that came with the furnace.   I don’t think you did. There is no need to apologize for the first replacement two+ years ago since it never had the spring clamp included which was fine because I can use the original spring clamp and it worked. The new version has a weak spring clamp installed and removing to use the original will destroy the arbor. I need a refund for this as I found an alternative option. I ordered two of these thinking I can get 4 years but they are defective.

  The individual that was able to help me over the phone to find the replacement motor for an extremely outdated bathroom exhaust fan was incredible. From the moment I call them, the fan was at my door listen 24 hours later. Absolutely unbelievable customer service could not recommend them enough.

  My experience with CSH was extremely positive. I contacted them to review a vent fan that I was replacing and the representative ( I believe Debi) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, CSH was one of the few companies that carried a specific fan used in a Nutone assembly. The fan was perfect.

  The motor is not an exact replacement but with minor "adjustment" ( removed the four 10-32 mounting studs, not needed with existing mounting bracket ) it appears to be an acceptable replacement

  Replacement fan motor for a Nutone bathroom fan. Shipped fast - it arrived in 2 days. Debbie helped figure out if it was the right motor - the website images showed two similar but different motors, and they corrected the images. Kind of expensive but it sure beats replacing the whole fan. Nothing to complain about and I'd use CSH again.

  Searching for a non-stock vacuum motor, I found the CSH website with the exact item needed for a repair. Customer service was excellent, verifying the item was in stock, and shipping quickly.   The customer service person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my product and knew exactly what replacement part I needed. The part arrived on time. The only problem I had was the stud that goes through the center of the light fixture was not positioned correctly on the fan motor for my model. I had to drill a new hole and move the stud which was not a difficult fix. Other than that it fit perfectly and the motor and fan work perfectly. Thanks to the service rep for their expertise.

  CSH had the fan blade I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else for my 30 year old Broan stove hood at an unbelievable price.   We shipped this order on time on March 13th. It shows it Departed BOGOTA, COLOMBIA March 21, 2023, 12:10 am. We have filed a claim with USPS International, however they show that an investigation for shipments to Columbia can take up to 32 days. We are trying to help resolve this issue.

  Good morning Jorge, We have followed up once again with USPS - the United States Postal Service. They have advised that your package was released to the Columbia Postal Service on 4/18/23. The representative that I just spoke to said that it would be best for you to follow up with your local post office with the following tracking number: CE986621661US They will then be able to provide you a better update as to when your package should be able to deliver.
