  Always worried about purchasing online from companies I’ve never used. But I took the chance and was very pleased. Using the website was easy found the part I needed (even though it was discontinued) ordered on Monday afternoon shipped and received Wednesday morning. Very fast turn around!! Very happy.

  Shipping was included in price of fan motor, but a $17 shipping charge was to be added if I also ordered the $8 plastic fan blade that attached to the motor. So, I ordered the plastic fan blade from another source. The motor and fan blade were shipped from the same source warehouse. The plastic fan blade weighs little, and could have been shipped with the motor. CSH is great to work with, but they lost revenue for the plastic fan blade by charging too much to handle delivery of it.

  Product was delivered in a timely fashion, and in good shape very well packaged.Tried out and it works fine, looks great. The only thing that is different from my Dayton that it is replacing, is it has some type of external wiring which hopefully won’t be a problem where it’s being used, but could possibly be because I use it on a wood furnace other than that I have no complaints.

  I have been ordering vacuum motors from CSH for many years. They have great prices, fast service, and respond to any concerns I have right away. Here is where I think they can improve. A vacuum motor usually requires a rubber gasket to seal in any leaks. When I ordered the first time from CSH I did so over the phone. After I placed the order I asked the salesperson about also sending me a gasket. He said they do not sell gaskets. I was shocked since the previous companies I ordered from always carried gaskets. So, I eventually had to spend time trying to locate a gasket. When I explained my situation to CSH a few days ago, they told me now that they do sell the gasket and even showed me a picture. However, since then I have looked through their home page and was unable to find that gasket. They need to do a better job of clearly listing their products like gaskets to better serve their customers. In the meantime, I had to look on the Internet to find one.

  I ordered my replacement inducer blower from the website around 6:30 AM and it arrived around 1 PM the following day. It came double boxed and in perfect condition. It was exactly the one I needed and I had it installed before 2 PM. This was all with the free UPS shipping option! I would absolutely order from them again.
