  It was an exact replacement for what I needed. The website showed a little different on the specs from my original motor, but when it arrived, which was quicker than I expected, the specs on the motor matched my original motor after all. Worked out great!

  We are not exactly sure what you are referring to in this review. We believe you had asked about additional money being collected for this order and that would be for customs because this order is shipping into Canada. We do advise that additional fees will apply when shipping into Canada on our website.   The shipping address that I provided included the country and shipping was charged for shipment to that address. There is really no end to the extortion that can be charged for this order. I am sorry for placing the order and being subjected to continued harrassment.

  Per our phone converstion, our website does advise that shipments to Canada are subject to additional charges (customs, taxes, etc.). You asked why we do not ship USPS, and I did advise that when checking out, USPS is an option, however, UPS was chosen at the time the order was placed. That is why UPS was trying to contact you, they were trying to resolve the issue so that they could get your order delivered to you. We apologize for the confusion and have contacted UPS and had the shipment returned to us as you requested and we have covered the return fees. Thank you.

  There is not one negative thing I can say about this company. First time Using this company and everything so positive from the lady that answered the phone and took our information, sorry I forgot your name, to the delivery and the packaging of the motor… No damage which is rare nowadays with anything that comes through the mail.   This company has wonderful customer service. My order was taken and within just a matter of a few days I had but I ordered. I had called in because I could not find my package when I got the notice that said it was delivered.   We had searched all local sources AND the manufacturer to no avail. The best we got was one internet source that took an order but had to cancel it the next day. Cshincorp took the information I sent in my search and correctly transposed it to a similar NuTone item of the same size and specification. It arrived two days later. OUTSTANDING!

  The motor was exactly as described, was in stock and shipped immediately. I tried buy the same motor from 2 different sellers on ebay and one on amazon all of which had to refund my money as they couldn't source it. CSH had it in the mail a few hours after I placed my order. Will use them again for future motor replacement needs.

  A ordering 2 motors 1.2HP and you send me just 1 first time (I pay just 2 $ for custom tax). For the second you send for other company and I returned because the custom taxes he was 125 $. LOL. I hope you return my money from this second motor back. Thanks.

  I found the item very easy on their web site. it was "sold out" on 3 other web sites. I called to verify they had it. The very nice lady who answered the phone said yes they had 4 in stock. I ordered it immediately and received it in a couple of days. actually before I really needed it. Thank You CSH for your FAST service.

  This company has an efficient manner in shipping, website, everything! Accurate pictures and descriptions on the company website made it a breeze to order the correct exhaust fan! Stores just do not give great customer service anymore, but this company certainly does!~
