  I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. My furnace went down Friday night. I found the part I needed on their website and they were the cheapest I found as well. I decided to wait until Monday morning to call and order because I didn’t know which shipping option would be best to get it to me before the winter storm arrived Thursday. She advised that regular UPS ground should get the part to me by Wednesday and it absolutely did so she saved me from wasting money on expedited shipping. The part arrived and an hour later my furnace was back up and running. Very friendly and courteous customer service and prompt order processing and delivery. Very satisfied customer!

  Thank you CSH for being absolutely awesome. I have been searching for a replacement fan/motor assembly for a 1965 bathroom exhaust fan. CSH was the only one where I could find it and insure it was the proper unit. Their website is fantastic, ordering simple, pricing excellent. Literally shipped the day I ordered it and arrived In perfect condition 4 days later including a holiday. Packaging was perfect with the unit completely protected inside. The young lady at customer service was very courteous and helpful.   I'm no furnace repairman but I looked my required 35 year old furnace motor up on-line. CSH had the exact match. I was even able to call the phone number to confirm some details about the motor. It shipped that day and I had it installed two days later with everything being a one-to-one swap and I was back up and making heat. Great service all-around.

  After I agree for the price and delivery, item was shipped. On delivery I was ask to pay almost 50% of what I already pay. This is wasn't on agreement during purchase. Seller refunded price of item and did not want to refund shipping. Canadian buyers, be aware that the price in CAD does not means that item will be come to your door without any additional fee like brokerage fee from UPS. CSH did not mention it during purchasing and saying that they have it in there policy. Make sure to multiply price on CSH page by 1.8 (approximately) to get the real price for the item you would like to buy.
