  The product was not as advertised. I received a regular motor, not a capacitor start motor. The image and description on the website was wrong. I was required to pay the $35 shipping cost even though it was not my error.

  I spoke with a very polite customer service agent who provided me with a return shipping label. She informed me that the restocking fee would be waived, but I would not be refunded the original shipping charge. She also stated that the website image and description were wrong and that the company would not provide me with the product as originally described.

  We placed this order on May 2, 2022. At the time of purchase, it was expected to ship out mid July. I didn't get a confirmation email for shipping until August 2, 2022. I called several times to get an update on the order and CSH just kept saying that they were waiting on a part to finish the manufacturing of it. Also around the end of July, I tried to pull that motor up on the CSH website and it said they no longer sell them, so I was afraid that my order would be booted out.

  Product was excellent & exactly what was described on the website, came well package, delivery was quick, I ordered a second fan for my other bathroom even though I didn’t need it right now, I figured to replace it because if I need another in the future CSH was the perfect company to order another, I placed CSH on my favorites list for future needs. Also after researching bathroom fans CSH had the best selection and price, my bathroom fan was discontinued in 2016 and found it at CSH for one third of the price that the original fan company was going to charge, CSH is a great company for your electric motor needs!

  To start out the website was easy to understand they had the exact part I needed and the checkout was smooth.   I am in rural Alaska and called for special shipping. Debbie was great about helping me out. She coordinated with the shipping department to be sure it could be shipped how I wanted.   CSH was great to deal with. But Canadian buyers beware; I paid $45.99 CA for the shipping of this small motor. When UPS delivered it they charged me another $48.14 CA. UPS was fined several million $ a few years ago for overcharging, I received a small settlement cheque. Now they're doing it again.

  Found our 1970's bathroom fan quickly on the CHS website and placed my order. Was very happy and surprised CSH had our very old bathroom fan replacement. My order was a bill to and different ship to different address order. Placed my order on Sunday and someone called me the next day to confirm that I wanted a different shipping address and also confirm my shipping method. Fan arrived in a couple of day's on Wednesday. Emails were received promptly through the whole process along with tracking information. Overall experience was fantastic and would highly recommend CSH and use them again!

  All was good, until I called about returning a capacitor that I did not need. I was told that CSH does not accept returns on capacitors. I can accept that, but that notice should be given at the time of order, not after the purchase.

  Dont order your motors from anybody but this company. There customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 is 99. You wont find any better service online. I had some issues with the performance of my motor and they bent over backwards to make it right!!!!!!
