I wear Medi compression stockings (hip length with silicone beads) because of vein insufficiency in both legs. I use 40-50 mg Hg on the left and 20-30 mg Hg on the right. I have tried other brands, but come back to Medi. The Compression Store has what I need and ship promptly.

I bought two pair of travel15/20 compression socks, one for my father size 5 and myself size 3. My father, who has MS, wears one on his swollen leg. He has worn them daily since giving them to him, and really likes them. I have not received my size 3 socks yet even though they both were ordered together. I was never made aware that I wouldn’t receive them until 9/28/23! I had to email the company to find out what was going on! At that point, I asked for them to find the next closest sock to the travel one, and they told me the price was significantly higher on them and I would have to pay the difference. Was not happy that #1 I was never told they were on back order and #2 due to this fact, they wouldn’t send me a replacement sock in its stead without paying for the difference themselves. By the way, I also have MS with terribly swollen feet and legs…not a happy customer.

Finding what I wanted/needed on their website was easy because I already knew exactly what it was and they stocked it. I should probably add that if I DIDN'T already know, all the choices available there--normally a GOOD thing--might've bewildered me, but luckily that was irrelevant. Their price was the best my internet search for them came up with, so I placed an order for 3. I really hadn't planned on ordering that many--I did it to get free shipping, figuring, as they wore out over time, I'd eventually get to use all of them. The process for placing that ordering and paying for it was easy and smooth, and the hose arrived at my house promptly and in good shape.

Delivery detail is not clear. One shipment had DHL listed as carrier and the other order had USPS stated as carrier. Both orders were delivered by USPS. the details for the DHL order had delivery slated for 5 days later and details said the order was delayed. Compressions socks for my order, Jobst sport, are not truly knee highs. They are an inch or two shorter that the dress sock. And terminate two inches below the knee.
