  I began wearing Medi Compression pantyhose in 2019 before having varicose vein surgery. I have continued to wear them all these years and my legs are doing very well. These pantyhose are very comfortable and prevent inflammation and swelling in my legs. I wouldn't be without them!

  I already contacted you regarding my problems. I hadn't been able to afford stockings for a while, due to this wonderful economy. When I went to order them, I'd forgotten the name (but I knew the SKU # which isn't available when ordering.) I had to guess the name, but I got it wrong. The stockings were like rubber bands! I could stretch them with the toes tucked under my feet to over my head!! They are HUGE and I haven't changed...,even an inch!!

  I was peasantry surprised at how effortless this search and transaction were. I found the products for which I was. Placed the order & understood the delivery might be somewhat longer than I had hoped; however, the delivery occurred at the time specified and was in great condition.   The product is exactly what I ordered. I was most impressed with the followup I had with Compression store.com. I was searching for petite calf sleeve. I did not receive an generic answer but an Rep actually reached out to me and he went and spoke with their vendors to try to see if any of them made petite sleeves.   The donning sock I received was very short, barely reaching the end of my heal much less over the heal where the sock is most beneficial. Not happy with sock. Customer service simply indicated a longer donning sock was not available at that time, suggesting a device that was 10 times more expensive.

  The order and shipping process was good. The open toe Jobst stockings were extra long, which could be is helpful if you have wide calves. I do not have long legs, but the stocking was too long even with my 15" calves. Lighter weight, reccomend for warmer weather.

  This is t least the third request for a review. How many will it take to verify the service is bad. The delivery company sent notice that a delivery was made. I diod not receive the package and waited a day because this has happened previously with this supplier. This day I also received another package from a different supplier same character which I did not receive. Compression Store asked me to fill out an affadative to makew a claim the other company (Medicine) renewed the order and proicessed on my phone call. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal by compression store. Then they sent the affadative in PDF which not all people can open and write on. I rated it a one because there was no 0. The product was left in the wrong mail box and a neighbor brought them the second night. I emailed the company and all they had to say was glad it was found. Glad it was found not like sorry for the poor service. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. The true testament to any company is repeat business and yiou will not have my repeat business.

  I really like CompressionStore and have been a customer for years. But I had to change brands of support knee highs because they were completely out of the usual Jobst compression kneehighs that I usually buy. It would be nice if CompressionStore would let you request an email when your regular hose becomes available. I like the new hose (Sigvaris) even though they made my legs itch, but I prefer Jobst.
