  I find them easy to get on, which was a big problem with other compression stockings, also they don’t leave that tight line around my leg at the knee. I would even say they are great! Oh and another thing, you have them in petite and for large calves, which can be hard to find. I think after writing this I would change my rating from good to great!

  Customer service was so helpful and friendly. I had ordered the wrong size online, and when I called it was corrected without problem. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star, the shipping took longer than average. Maybe I’m just used to Amazon.

  The ordering process was extremely simple. Before I placed my first order, I failed to check out all the shipping options. I chose the free shipping because of my limited budget and it seemed to take FOREVER for my hose to come. When I placed my second order, I took a moment to click on the options and say that it would come almost 7 days faster if I paid a mere $5. It was worth it to do that!

  I did not get the exact product I wanted. Yes they exchanged it and implied I was the cause of the error (sent me small not normal ) but IF this is correct the fault then is do their website being too difficult. Othe then that they were mostly OK.

  I hated the fact I was told I need to wear compression stockings. let alone thigh high, I was having quite the journey trying to find the correct ones and size. I finally found the correct ones and our local Medical supply store was out of them, of course, I had ordered from yall before under the other business name, So I had already ordered 2 pair but in the wrong size. Y'all made it very simple for me to not only order them but to exchange them, And to top it off they were lower price with y;all. I have always loved your company from day one years ago when I had to wear the compression socks. I will definitely keep coming back.

None of these are easy to put on but Compression Store pair stays up the best and does not wrinkle as easy as the others. And trust me, you do not want them to wrinkle or bunch on your legs.

  Ordering on this site is fairly easy. The support hose were shipped within a few days. My problem came with delivery. I was notified that the package was delivered on June 28, 2024. However, it was not in my mailbox the next day or several days later. I contacted the compression store and about three days later, I was contacted by email and advised that they would look into the matter and get back to me. After an investigation, they said that the items would be replaced. Then on July 5th the original package was in the mailbox! It appears to me that it was a post office issue and not the compression store. I have ordered in the past and have been satisfied with the product and the service.

  I have the support hose and box. I’m disappointed because of the rip. Also, they rolled down from the top (near the knee) faster than any brand I’ve used. I will try contacting your customer service on Monday. I’m having major surgery Tuesday morning and am not sure how fast this matter can be resolved. Thank you.
