  I have been ordering from compressionstore for several years. Typically I leave raving reviews because I've never had an issue. This time however - I paid for expedited shipping to receive my order before a big hiking trip. I wear a thigh high compression stocking every day from the moment I wake up, until the moment I got to bed. I NEEDED my stocking to get here on time. It didn't. I contacted customer service on THREE different occasions and did not receive a response. I had to hike with my old stocking that had holes and ZERO support. It wasn't ideal AND I wasted money on 3 day shipping that took 8 days. I'm super disappointed. The product was fine. It's exactly what I ordered but the lack of customer service support was super concerning and I am currently looking to find a different online store to order from.

  I have ordered from the Compression Store before. The selection and order process is straightforward and I get what I have ordered. One small problem. I like closed toe thigh high stockings. The order info did not specify closed toe. The picture looked like closed toe. I contacted the company and they assured me that the item I ordered is indeed closed toe. Order arrived in good condition and all has been well since. Very satisfied.

  I bought the Medivan Classic Knee High 20-30mmHg for my husband. This is the second order. He wears them every day to help with swelling. I wish they were a little cheaper or put them on sale occasionally. They are a very good product.

  The product is 110% works very well, my gripe is the $$$$$$$$$ these are VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE!! I'm pretty confident the manufacturer has the prices fixed because I have tried other suppliers websites and they are all pretty much a wash. It's the little velcro tabs that eventually go south I'm gonna try replacing those on my old pair because of the ridiculous price of replacing these every 2-3 months

  These stocking are exactly as needed. My skin does not break out from the material. It took some time to find stocking material that does not make my skin break out thus am truly greatful to be able to purchase a product that does not cause problems for my skin.

  I use the box from my previous order of compression stocking for information to order the exact stocking I want. These stockings are perfect. When I was in the hospital a compression stocking was put on my leg and after wearing the stocking my leg then had big red open sores. With the stockings I order from Compression Store the skin on my legs does not break out. Which is truly wonderful indeed to have to deal with one less medical issue.

  The Juzo Soft knee-hi’s with the silicone band are fantastic!! That super-comfortable, flat-lying band made them easier for me to put on - and to comfortably keep on. When wearing these, I forget that I have them on. I buy them in black but occasionally wear other colors. I use Juzo’s detergent, which is also very good, to wash them. I’ve learned that I can walk on floors indoors in them without shoes and not damage them, but that stepping out onto a cement walkway or patio without shoes on can put a hole in them. I find that the extra care taken is worth it.

  I am a 5’10” female weight 140. I ordered a Jobst compression hose 20-30 medium. It arrived quickly but I found it to be exceptionally short. I wear size 12-12 1/2 narrow shoe size. When I contacted customer service, they responded immediately and began the process of helping me decide whether to do a return or exchange. I appreciate their evident concern that I get something that would fit. Because of my height and shoe size, they directed me to the men’s sizes. I recommend talking with customer service before you order since your return, while postage paid, is not a total refund.

  This is simply the best company, great online site, customer service, and product array I could even imagine! The products that I buy from here have no equal, they are well-made and comfortable. The customer service team are a dream - their assistance - if you need it - is outstanding. I like many of the brands here. I and even my doctor are particularly impressed with the Juzo Soft line of knee-highs with silicone band you can buy here because they are strong yet gentle to keep on all day. You will see special offers from this site that are an added plus.

  Everything was fine. The sovks are goid quality and perfect size for my swollen feet. Normally i would wear a small. Recrived in a timely manner shipping with DHL.   They are difficult to put on. However, once I get them on I know they are good for me! I didn’t realize until I opened the box and read the enclosure that you offer one called Ease. I wish I had known about prior to placing my order. I have not opened the second box and would love to exchange the unopened pair for the ease. The video you shared about donning and doffing has helped! I, also, purchased a pair of your socks from the Happy Living store which was close to my Dr.’s office. They were a 15-20. My Dr. recommended the 20-30. I can use them in cooler weather. Please let me know if I can exchange the unopened ones for the Ease style! Thank you,

  This product does function very well to hold thigh-high compression stockings in place when the thigh measurement of your leg is less than what your compression stockings are designed to fit (or, I suppose not would also work if the thigh-high band has worn out). It does require washing off the adhesive each day after using it, or else it continues sticking to everything else that it touches.

  Mediven hose are terrific. I have no problem with the quality of this product. I just seem to have an odd arrangement of measurements, in that no size really meets all my needs; thus, the stockings that fit my ankle and calf sufficiently are too large around my thigh, and so they won’t stay up.

  I bought three items from Compression Store: Doff n Donner, the cone that goes with the Doff n Donner, and a pair of Mediven compression socks. A very nice Compression Store person helped me select the socks. Everything works as it is supposed to. I wouldn't be able to get the sock on without the other two items. I am very satisfied with my purchases and highly recommend the Compression Store.
