  8 of the 10 led drivers received were damaged. the box was badly split open and the drivers were falling out. no bubble wrap was used. the product was placed inside with no packaging materials to prevent it from getting damaged.

  The order was shipped incorrectly with 2 of 3 bulbs being the incorrect wattage. Upon return of the incorrect bulbs it took several weeks to get a refund. The entire order could be a fluke or non-typical with this company and there could be explanations how the order got filled incorrectly to start with. If I had received the correct items, I am sure I would have given them a 5 star review.

  We were able to determine the products we needed from the information provided on the website. The products already had good reviews. The order was confirmed. There were great tracking updates with very fast shipping, good packing and delivery! One ballast was updated. An up to date full sized wiring diagram was provided. The installation and placement into service went well.

  I had to do extensive research to find an LED solution to replace florescent bulbs using an older T12 type ballast. If found that Phillips makes a bulb that will work and more research and found bulbsdepotcom that not only had the bulbs, but at a decent price and decent shipping fee! They work great and were shipped to me quickly!

  I was able to find the correct ballast for my fixtures that was unique because they were for 9" round tubes. I was able to verify the sizes and correct wattages prior to ordering without any additional assistance. They came in the mail today and were not damaged and worked as expected. I would use bulbsdepot.com again in the future based upon this experience.

  Product/ballast arrived damaged ( bent on all four corners where ballast attaches to light fixture making it unuseable) due to inadequate packaging to protect it from shipping damages. Vendor refused to send a replacement ballast even with photos of the bent corners and the inadequate packaging. Vendor refused to send a replacement ballast and claimed sending another ballast could result in similiar damages due to shipping weight and distance. Vendor refuses to take responsibility for the inadequate packaging and remedy/correct my situation and to correct their poor shipping packaging practices. Vendor suggested I unbend the fourcorners and use the ballast. I have concerns of the internal damage to the ballast that may cause it to be a fire haard. Seems like unethical, improper & poor business practices by Vendor. Never had such a poor customer service experience with an online vendor. However, they are excellent in their shipping speed. I received the product in two days, which is commendable.
