  This is the first time I ordered from bulbsdepot.com. I needed a light bulb for an open house on Sat and I ordered during the week. After ordering, I realized the item may not get to me before Sat so I called customer service and see if it can be rushed. The lady answered my call was very helpful. She asked me the reason and understood it is needed for an open house. She then talked to the warehouse and called me back shortly and let me know even if the shipping cost I paid for was for USPS, she is going to send via FedEx. The item arrived before Sat in a nicely package case and I was able to have the light bulb replaced before Sat. In an age where everything is done online or via bot, it is very refreshing to be able to receive such excellent customer service the old fashion way. I will definitely order again from this company.

  They had the part I needed to replace a light I like instead of having to throw it out and buy a whole new light. Product arrived quickly. I was hesitant to order at first as I wasn't sure if it was a legitimate site. I did a quick "scam" search and didn't find anything so I held my breath and submitted the order.   Like the convivence but I wanted 130V bulb which is stamped on the picture of the bulb. But the description says 120V. So, I took a chance, and they are 120V. Need to change the picture as it shows a different spec is it is confusing.

  I found the exact ballast needed for an old circular florescent light fixture that we needed. The website was easy to navigate and clearly indicated that the item was backordered, so there was a slight delay in shipping, but I was sent status update emails that kept me informed and it still arrived quickly. It is installed and working perfectly now.

  I submitted the order late in the day but called to verify it was physically in stock, which it was. I was expecting it to ship the following day but was pleasantly surprised it shipped the same day. The only recommendation to the shipper was to place the ballast in a box in lieu of a bubble wrap package. Otherwise happy with my purchase and delivery time frame.

  I was a little concerned upon opening my delivery to find it simply wrapped in a scrap of torn construction paper. After installing the ballast, I had difficulty attaching it to the bulb because the pin holes were bent, and it took some effort to fit them. Not easy while trying not to break the fluorescent bulb. Once this was overcome, everything else went well

  Wrong description on the website or the wrong product was sent. On the description of the product it clearly states that is an ANSI M59/S. Looking at the information on the bulbs, it shows that they are actually M59/E.

  I thoughtbthat I had received the wrong items. My ballast had 5 wires coming out one end and 2 wires out the other the ones I received only had 3 wires on end and 2 on the other. But they worked once I installed them

  Bulbsdepot.com had the light I needed in stock. But since the specific style was discontinued by the manufacturer, and they had a limited quantity, they recommended a substitute suggested by the manufacturer. I went ahead and got the “new” version. They kept in touch after the order was placed to let me know of a small delivery delay. I appreciate the proactiveness and would recommend them to others.

  The device came without a package, with some rust, scratches, one of the plastic covers was off but in the envelope, the white plastic piece was discolored as if has been in the sun. The device did not appear new. I questioned bulbdepot and they said it does not have a package and was in a bulk box sent by the manuf. all in all the device worked, just seemed like it was used to me.

  Bulbsdepot.com staff contacted me by email to find out if I wanted the Circline bulbs to ship before the ballasts which were on a May 1, 2024, back order. I appreciate that they contacted me first; as I did want all of the order to ship at the same time. Very pleased that the order all came a month early! There was a wiring change required for this newer model, but the website provided the required information, and the installation was simple.
