  I appreciate the fast shipping of the ballasts I ordered, however the packaging for the three large ballasts was not so great. Since they were loose in the box with a bunch of foam peanuts, their jostling pulverized the peanuts into foam powder that is electrically charged and it sticks to everything like glue. I spent a good part of this morning cleaning up a rather large pink powder mess.

  I bought several LED Bulbs in Lowes to replace old 4pin mercury tube bulbs. Eventually GE discontinued those bulbs, they disappeared in Lowes, but I needed them! I found them at BulbsDepot on lower price than at Lowes. Especially I appreciate the great documentation on the web site so I made no mistake and bought the correct ones (pins/color temperature/etc).

  I have not installed the ballasts yet, but they are the right ones, and they came quicker than I could have imagined. I thought, where do I find ballasts and in a timely manner? Got out my phone, went to bulbsdepot.com, chatted with the customer service and in 3 days they were in my post office box. I am very pleased.

  When I took apart my ceiling fixture and saw the unusual ballast, my first thought was that I would have to budget at least $100 for a new fixture. But I plugged in the letters and numbers on the ballast, and bulbs depot had it in stock and at a very reasonable price. 48 hours later I had it installed and my fixture working great. I couldn't be happier.

Not sure how we pulled off the "The worst business experience I Ever had !", but we would like to help or at least understand what happened. You ordered a Keystone on Friday, October 11th and we shipped it out same day. Tracking shows it was delivered on Tuesday the 15th. That is the equivalent of getting 2nd day air service at ground pricing. Beyond that, if there was an issue with your order, we are unaware of it. We did not receive any phone calls or support emails from you stating any sort of problem with your order. We are an authorized stocking distributor (ASD) for Keystone and their entire product line. If the ballast you received was defective or arrived damaged or destroyed, it would be eligible for warranty replacement. But until we received your review, this is the first we have heard from you. We strive for 5 star service for ALL of our customers. From where we sit, we feel we did just that, so we would respectfully ask that you reconsider your rating. We shipped your order the same day it came in and tracking shows you got it in 2 business days. But if there are issues or reasons why you left 1 star instead of 5, we would certainly love the opportunity to rectify the situation.   This site fills a real need by enabling purchase of individual, hard-to-find bulbs. Needs to be clearer with customers at time of order whether an item is in stock and if not, give estimate of time before shipment. Phone support goes to voicemail - don't bother. Email support does get action eventually.

  The Bulb Depot was added to my favorite site on my browser which tells you something. For me its a "specialized" Amazon and one stop shopping for lighting products. Their site is easy to navigate, product descriptions are clear and the most important thing is that everything is backed up by their outstanding customer service.

We emailed you the second our warehouse realized they were 1 short. We emailed you the day BEFORE you got your package delivered. We do acknowledge that the packing slip said 6 ballasts were shipped, which was why we emailed you to let you know. You got the email request to submit the online review, which you submitted the day you received your shipment - 9/18. But perhaps you missed our email notifying you BEFORE the delivery of your order - which as you see in the screenshot link above was the day prior on 9/17. Either way, we tried to notify you of the delivery shortage the best way an e-Commerce company can -- by notifying you via email. We are sorry we couldn't ship all 6 ballasts at one time and we would respectfully ask that you reconsider your 1-star review. But if you will not, we respect that and understand.   I found an excellent replacement socket for a G4 light to repair a range hood that is no longer available. A new hood would have bee several thousand dollars. This socket is better than OEM.

  Great Job! Had an overnight delivery for 20 LED drivers. Salesman was very knowledgeable and drivers arrived as planned/needed. Nobody else i town had the drivers in stock. Bulbs depot did. Will use bulbs depot again. THANKS
