  I was disappointed that the product I purchased did not include a power cord as pictured on the website. I recommend either updating the picture to remove the power cord or adding a comment in the description that states "power cord not included".

  I have been calling them to ask for a exchange because of the wrong order, and they haven't been able to return my call.   This is my second order and everything is fine except that I have no idea when the shipment is going to arrive. Bulbs Depot needs to email when the product ships and give an estimated arrival. I tried their 'Track This Order' link and it came up with an error.

  John- As I mentioned we do not sell used ballast. HID ballast from Philips Advance do look used. We did not include the bracket which should have been included. We have sent that to you with expedited service and credited your account for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  Just got home and awaiting for me was this mounting bracket, that was sent via FedEx, package was in good shape no tears or rips. Great I thought, all is good got my mounting bracket and now I can finish my job.. I opened the package and wrapped in bubble wrap is ONE HALF ,, let me repeat myself,, ONE HALF of the necessary total of 2 halfs to mount this ballast. I can't believe that they could screw this up also... How on earth do you call yourself a professional company if you cant even get somebody's order right. Any body that works in this business knows that is takes 2, let me repeat myself ,, it takes 2 mounting brackets to properly mount this Advance ballast. Unless it is welded on by the manufacturer.. Are you kidding me?

  Ordered the ballast 7/9. Did not receive shipping info even after leaving a voice mail and an e-mail. Finally called and got an answer on the 14th. The gentleman was very nice and said he would send it FedEx home delivery and I would receive it on Saturday. I finally received it on Tues the 18th. When I ordered the ballast, the website said it was in stock. I ordered from this place because they are also in Ohio and I was expecting to get it quick. 9 days is ridiculous.

  Initial ordering for a ballast was fast and easy. After the part didn’t arrive in a week I called Bolt to check on my order. They looked it up and found the order had been lost in the system.   Excellent! I was looking for a ballast for our kitchen fixture that just died after 13 years. I checked Lowes and Home Depot on line. No luck! The glass fixture is 13 years old., but in excellent condition. BulbsDepot had an ad showing the part that I was looking for. In stock! I needed it ASAP since the kitchen light, lights up the complete kitchen. It was early Friday morning when I placed my order for next day delivery.before BulbsDepot opened. About an hour later, I think it was Bill who called me. Bill let me know that they had the ballast in stock. And yes, we can deliver it to you tomorrow, Saturday. I told Bill, if you can't get it to me until Monday, don't play me, since next day ground is pricy. Bill assured me that I would have it tomorrow. Early Saturday afternoon, my package arrived! The ballast and replacement lamp were the correct parts, and intact! Great job BulbsDepot!! The replacement ballast was a direct fit! I am impressed with your service,since the ballast and lamp were about $23. Not what I would call a big order. None the less, my order came the next day!

  Bulbs ordered are usually ordered in quantities of 25 or more. I was able to order smaller quantities. I did not change the shipping address from the billing address. Customer service went above an beyond to assist me with a new shipping label. Of course at my cost, but the help was very valuable. You definitely have me as a customer for any further lighting needs I may have.
