You need to stop using DHL to ship. I've ordered several items shipped by United Parcel, the post officce, and Federal Express, and I ordered them sometimes days after these compression stockings, and I still don't have my order freom Bright Life Direct. Your custumer service is very timely and superb, but your shipping is intolerable. (This isn't the first time I've experienced this with DHL.) Thanks.

Even though the product appeared to arrive well made and in good condition, it took 14 days to arrive!!!! Also, it said it was coming from MI to OH but the tracking says from label creation to my door it was here in OH (definitely doesn’t ship from manufacturer or MI.) Why would it take 14 days to get medical accessories? In the event we ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange, from beginning to end turn around would take at least 6 weeks! That’s a lot of unnecessary misery. That said, the carrier used was DHL and, having very little experience with them, this could be mostly on them (although it took like 4 days to even begin the shipping process.) Just know if you have an immediate need, this company takes its time getting things to you.

Purchased these for my mom who is on a budget so the cost is significant. These seemed to be the correct replacement for what she had been ordering over the years and is now unavailable. These compression stockings oddly stretched out length wise after only 4-5 times wearing them to where they are now unwearable. If you could find an adequate replacement it would be helpful as we are searching for compression stockings that she can wear that work for her. These possible were defective and she would be happy to try another pair or a substitute. Thanks.

Site Navigation is functional. The allegro surgical are extremely supportive and true to size. They are a little harder to put on than the allegro microfiber of the same rated support. Customer support was excellent when an order was "delivered" somewhere but not to my address. A new order was placed at no charge right away. Brightlifedirect has a great assortment of compression garments, so it is the first place I look when I need something. This time, I wanted a compression garment for an upcoming surgery. I called before ordering to find out if I could get this product in a week. I was told to use expedited shipping. Then I ordered and somehow missed seeing the expedited shipping on the order form. I contacted the company and was given the different expedited shipping options. I received the garment in 2 days.
