This rating is essentially for outstanding customer service. I had several questions about measurements and going through a return process. Contact and information via email was very quick and easy. Response time was within an hour and at some point after work hours. As for the products, they are the usual inventory for compression stockings but if you need help in choosing the right one for you, Brightlife will take care of you.

This was the first time I ordered my own stockings ( doctor's office did it before), so I was a little unsure. The person who assisted me was patient and very helpful. I do wish they would return back to the initial design of these leggings when they first released this line of compression. In addition, the quality of this line of compression has gone down since that release. That said, they do the trick and I'm not complaining about it too much. Overall 3.5 / 5 rating.

I've been getting my Allegro compression knee-highs from Bright Life for many years now and that speaks for itself. My mother wore them, too. It was she who recommended them to me. That's two generations of satisfied customers. The hose are good-looking and they do stay up. And they're affordable.

The major problem is that they always seem to ship partial orders as one order becomes two. Hence the problem begins as the product is shipped using the U.S. Postal Service for full or partial delivery. The items may be lost or only partially delivered. Their service would be greatly increased if they would totally remove the Postal Service in their delivery and use a more reputable delivery service.

The site is not easy to negotiate and it is confusing. I wanted to order some thigh high hose and finally decided on a pair. I looked at the size chart and then measured my leg. I decided on my size but when I went to order my choices are A B or C. I had to call support and he wasn't sure either but went to look something up. He came back and said I should order B but he wasn't entirely sure. Hope these fit me

Just a little disappointed this order didn't ship when they said it did...almost 5 days after I ordered but email said it was shipped the day I ordered. I didn't need it right away so that wasn't an issue but would have preferred an email when it ACTUALLY shipped because tracking kept telling me it wasn't in the system yet. My doctor asked me to order these liners to use with a sleeve on each leg. I wear a size 4.5 - 5 size shoe. These liners are very slightly too long. I LOVE MEDI - DUOMED! This is one of the more affordable choices for knee highs, and I find to be superior to some higher priced brands.. These fit well. They stay up. They don't bunch and crease at the ankle and cut off circulation. The fabric is smooth and silky, and much nicer than the more coarse fabric of some other brands. The open toe foot is a bit longer, and stays in place, while revealing toes in summer sandals, and in the winter the open toe eliminates any problem of big toenails wearing holes in the fabric. The closed toe has a good length foot, and reinforced toe, without a heavy seam and looking clunky. Very happy with this brand for both open and closed knee high styles.

Since my choices were restricted, I chose bad to indicate that the depictions of the products did not adequately reflect whether they were at-the-calf or above-the-calf lengths and I bought the wrong ones and now will have to return them. Aside from the inconvenience, I also lose the therapeutic value until a new shipment arrives.

Bright life had the products I need for my medical diagnosis and care plan. I had looked high and low to find them - I wish I had found Bright Life and that someone reviewed them long ago!
