Shipping was fine. My problem was with the color. Ordered "flame red' and got something which was pumpkin. it certainly did not match the color on line or on the can, and yes it was properly agitated. Ok, I will just use spray paint over the gel coat, but I certainly didn't need to have color added to the gel coat.

I was impressed. First of all I called them on a Friday afternoon with some pretty specific questions regarding what I could use to touch up some Micron 66 that came in a quart. They answered all my questions, gave me good solid, verifiable information. I then shopped their price and found them to have the best price!... and they shipped quickly. I will visit them each time before I buy bottom paint from now on. A+ service AND the right prices. Excellent! For the record... I called the people who make Micron 66 paint... and after over a week, I never heard back from them. LOL. I ended up buying Sea Hawk 77+ and was also able to speak to Sea Hawk (VERY helpful as well!) and they verified everything that BottomPaint Store told me. If the 77+ holds up, I'll never buy Micron again.

This review is not on the product but the company themselves. I called before I ordered and made sure they had 2 gallons in stock. Since they told me they did I immediately placed my order since I was on a time crunch. 6 days later... 6 days! I received a email saying my order was delayed. I called to see what the issue was, I was then told my items were out of stock. I then asked if they could send me the 2 gallons in 8 quarts since they have them in stock. The response was “We can but it would cost you significantly more to do that”. Some customer service that is. If a company makes a mistake, you own up to it and make it right. Not try charging the customer even more. I had high hopes for this company since they are one of the few that sell the paint I prefer. After this they won’t get another penny from me. Hopefully they fix the issues for the next customer.

I have ordered from this merchant before without issues however, I recently ordered some barrier coat 2 part primer for my boat. Ordered the product, day one, payment processed, day 3 no shipping notice, day 5 still no shipping notice and zero communication from merchant... day 7 I finally sent an email asking what was wrong with my order, day 9 customer serves responds saying they will check into it day 10 I am told the product is out of stock and merchant has no idea when it will be in stock again. Day 11 get offered same product in a different color which I accept out of desperation. Point being, if an item is out of stock why not let the customer know up front. The lack of communication was what got to me the most, I would still be sitting here wondering where my paint was if I didn’t send an email... took my money and left me hanging and now my project will be 10+ days behind due to no follow through. Purchased from these guys before with no incident and fair price... Very disappointed in this transaction

I absolutely hear you but this was cream and maybe your website should have an off white picture so I know. Honestly I think 2 years ago I bought white, even on the can 4010 says white not cream. You got to agree I'm 90% correct with my evaluation of the site and my descriptions.
