  I needed two gallons of clear gelcoat I paid for 2 gallons of clear gelcoat and I was sent two Quarts :( I needed these materials to complete my boat for the last weekend of our short Minnesota season and I got shafted out of my last weekend because someone could not spend 2 minutes to confirm I paid and order gallons not quarts.   I really have no problem with the order however I do have a suggestion. The top of the can had a plastic ring on it to protect it from being damaged the bottom of the can did not have the same plastic ring and the bottom of the can was severely dented when I received it; luckily no paint leaked out.

  Very good customer service and very quick shipping all the way up too Vancouver BC Canada. I messed up my order online and didn’t choose the colour I wanted. I emailed them with my order number. Then sent me a email back saying they let the shipping department know what colour I wanted. 7-10 days later the right colour showed up. Very happy. Very helpful staff.   I had 2 boat 2 do. terrible service, I had ordered 1 gal for 1 and came about a pint short so I ordered 2 more gal to finish that 1 and to do the other. I waited three weeks for the gray and had to change the color to get the paint. Received the misty white and it was damaged. Cannot get a break. Now i had to order a separate quart to finish first boat. Damaged paint is still pending.

  Paint can arrived with many dents. The can looks like it will overflow when opened. Boottompaint store could have use better protection for the bottom and top of the paint can as other paint dealers have used when I order their paint.

  This was my first order . And I was a bit skeptical so I ordered the bare minimum to make sure all went well I ordered two separate gallons of gel coat the first arrived in perfect condition. The second not so much and I feared calling and having to deal with customer service. I was directed to the website and followed there process to report damaged product not there fault can was damaged in shipping .within 24 hours I was contacted back to send pictures of damage and within 24 hours they had started processing my replacement. I cannot believe it was so simple I have already made additional purchases for AL the other products I needed for my boat Paint project and recommend them highly to anyone in need of boat paint more businesses should follow there example

  Excellent response to our order. Packages arrived on time with each gallon of paint intact with a only minor dents that were probably the result of the shipper. Boxes were intact and each gallon of paint was packaged to prevent movement of the cans within the boxes. Great job with excellent response time. One week from their location to Olympia WA.   I ordered this back on June 30th. It did not ship until July 7th. A week and one day after I placed the order. I lost a whole week! The Prop Glide was delivered at 5:00 pm this evening. My credit card was charged back on the 30th of June. I am not very happy about that.
