  Product was received in damaged state. The gallon of paint was in a 2 can Hazardous Materials Box without proper packing Material. From the damage it appears that the can was damaged somewhat before shipping. Your customer service responded promptly and offered a partial refund

  You can't beat the price and selection of marine paints available from this site. I was a little disappointed that the paint I ordered was back ordered but I did purchase this paint right before boating season. Im sure a lot of people are buying paint for their boats to get ready for boating season. Overall, I am completely satisfied with everything.

  Everything was well done. The Sales Rep had intelligent things to say. I forgot to attach a discount code but they applied it anyway. The price was reasonable and the shipping prompt. It's still cold in Maine. We will apply the paint in about 10 days.

  Delivery was on time . The package looked like they rolled it to NY. Huge dent in one can the other slightly dented . Styrofoam was destroyed inside the box . Surprised 1 can didn't open up . Thank God extra clips were put on the cans. Consider another shipper or more packing..

  Although I have not opened the paint gallon yet, I am happy with their customer servie, as I had decided to take them up on the offer to change my color to another in order to receive my paint sooner, because of a shipping delay from the manuf.   I have ordered in the past and been happy with the service and paint. However this time, the address on the shipping label was input wrong even though my address was correct on the receipt. This resulted in my paint being delivered 2 days later than expected with 2 calls to UPS. This caused me to miss my window of good weather until next week for painting.

  Every item in the boxer were damaged yet the boxes weren’t so obviously the items were put in the box already damaged..emailed about concerns and descriptions of how my items were delivered and there was little care or concern..I did receive an apology That didn’t help the obvious chemical smell..busted cap on a tube of stuff and fiberglass shavings container that was busted.expected a little more..I guess that is the problem.Lately I’ve run into several companies that lack pride in their product and good customer service skills.I think I would shop elsewhere next time...

  Our items do ship in new, undamaged condition but due to the weight of materials damage can still occur even with packing materials and caution labels on the outside of the boxes. I apologize, from your email I thought your concern was how to keep the putty from drying out which we offered suggestions in response. Bottom Paint Store

  You still seem unconcerned..I don’t know why we are still conversing about this cause you have no solution offered and I still feel the same way I did..Items damaged and no concern that my boxes smell like chemical and fiberglass shards in broken container..I left the appropriate feedback and I’m not concerned any linger.Matter of fact I wouldn’t have even left feedback but your stupid system sent it to me so I went ahead and took the opportunity to let you know how I feel about the items coming damaged and smelling like chemicals and there is still no real Concern..please close this case

  I order bottom paint every year from this site. This year I ordered some hull cleaner and found it to be excellent. It replaced the On-Off i was using and it was safer to use. Also, the prompt and free shipping is a plus. I tell all my boating friends about this site.
