  Unfortunately, the paint can was delivered damaged. Multiple large dents on one side of the can. No spilled paint, but made putting the top back on after use almost impossible.

  Just fine! Would have been nice getting it sooner than we did. Seeing that we moved a couple weeks after I had ordered it. I just had to keep checking back at the old place to make sure I got it when it came. I came beautifully packaged and was convenient to use. No complaints!!

  Ordered and paid for a product that was in stock on the website. They willingly took my money without actually having the product in stock.   You're quick, thorough and priced right. 5-Star. However, painting to a masking taped waterline is more tricky than I have experienced. I use green Frog Tape which really works great for any other job, but the 1-part epoxy where it overlaps seems to cause a tape residue (adhesive)to stay on the boat. Getting the adhesive off is a nightmare. I've used 2 varieties of a citrus-based remover without luck. Used exylene...and you know what that does. HELP. PLEASE.   Phil, It seems like a chemical reaction between the tape and your epoxy. I've checked with Frog Tape and can't find any help with the residue removal. They do offer a help line at 800-321-0253. Bottom Paint Store

  The website is easy to navigate but the customer service really stood out to me. I called them up with a question about which bottom paint I should use for my geographical location and they where very helpful and I was able to get a paint that should work better then what I was using. My only issue is that the paint was a price and they had a discount code which was also nice but then I went back on the website to read something about the paint and the price had been changed to lower then the price I paid with the discount promo code. I hate being deceived but I will get over it.

  Paint can arrived dented from shipping so top can't be put back on. Same thing happen when I ordered bottom paint last year which made about 1/2 gallon unusable.
