  Terrible serivce When I purchasing the book they had it as “in stock” but as soon as I paid I recieved an email saying my order was on “backorder” despite their website having the book still in stock, They made me wait for two weeks before sending any update of my purchase, the worst part is they only did so because I had emailed them for a refund because they seemed careless about it.

  I purchased a book that I thought was in Spanish and they almost immediately got back to me and asked if I meant to order it in Spanish (which I thought was the only option). They told me it also comes in English—which I preferred—and they sent it, and it made it from Barcelona to Baltimore in three days! I am very impressed.

  Purchased a book as a gift for a friend, the delivery was on time as promised and the ordering procedure very easy! I was looking everywhere for this special book and found it here with very fast shipping and an overall good price. I was very satisfied and will definitely buy again from your site! If I had to find something to add would be that it would be nice to have a second option of delivery method with less expenses even if it had to be a bit slower.

  Because the book went back and forth or better to say traveled all the way here then it went back to Barcelona and then back in London with over a month of delay, no message from you and also once arrived arrived really demanded. I was so fed up with dealing with you guys. I simply not going to use it anymore.

  The books were ordered as a birthday present and the recipient was very happy with them and the promptness of the delivery. The company was also kind enough to provide gift wrapping and included a note wishing the recipient a happy birthday even though I had forgotten to request them. Excellent service and attention!   Delivery was fast. My book though arrived a little damaged but I am not sure it was because of the shipment because the book was very well protected. I am afraid I was sent damaged book. Also I am disappointed over the printing, my book is falling apart after 5 days. A 100 eur book shouldn't be falling apart just like that.
