For our part, we try to make navigation as intuitive and easy as possible, we are open to suggestions for improvement. If you tell us which browsers you have had problems with we will look to fix it.   All their service was sublime . I had to specify some information for the delivery, the book chef let me know that they will pass the message to the courier and that it happen indeed. Had to call them for some info and the customer service was excellent and really polite. The delivery was quite fast and the package reach that was completely intact with no damage ( they really had put a lot attention to protect the package). So what can I say? Second time I order from them .. for sure won’t be the last … gracias

  The experience was very good, the book came on time and in perfect state,!however the delivering price was toooo high I pay $45€ and €65 for the book, it should include cheaper options even though the could be more time consuming.

  My only criticism about the service is the delivery costs to the UK ... UPS charge more to deliver the book than the cost of the book itself ... due to that reason I look for the latest issue on other sites like amazon because its cheaper delivery costs
