  I buy the So Good Pastry Magazine recipe compliations when they are published - so far 3 books. They are for my son who is a pastry chef in a 1 star Michelin star restaurant in London. The books are excellent value but the postage remains disappointingly high. As he usually gets them as a birthday gift I have to sent straight to him rather than to me first. So he never gets them gift wrapped on signed from us his parents... they usually end up at work then I never get to see them... The very fist So Goo recipes I had sent straight to Vancouver. He didn't know it was coming and very delighted when it arrived - if fact he text me to say ' How did you know? I was just looking at that but couldn't justify the expense'. Soft if the postage could be reduced Id be veven happier...

  The reason i have submitted this 2 star is not for the great books you have but all the hidden charges that build up when we have to pay the tax the delivery charges and when it comes it it is nearly the cost of the book and the delivery seems to change on a daily basis when you pay these super inflated prices it just does not make it worth it i give books for chefs a higher star

  Hello, sorry to hear this. The price variation in shipments depends on the weight of the books and the destination, so it fluctuates according to the order. Shipping prices are set by the shipping company and are based on the above. As for taxes, it is always the same, which is already included in the final price and is broken down at the end of the purchase.

  The site was very easy to navigate. I was looking for this book everywhere and there must have been something wrong with the publisher website where I tried to buy it and I was so happy to find it on here. The book was delivered in a few days which was so surprising. And I was very happy to use PayPal as a payment method. Definitely will browse for some more books on this website.
