  i live in Tucson AZ so i knew the delivery would be fast. Buying the concrete carbon fiber stitch was a great buy b/c the big companies would have charged me so much to install. installing the carbon fiber stich was easy! just follow the video from rhino carbon fiber. i was able to repair my whole home interior concrete slab. then i installed concrete self leveler. now I'm installing micro cement top coat finish floor. repairing the concrete slab myself saved me over 15,000$. i got 2 quotes from concrete slab repair companies. I do some construction professionally so i already knew what this DIY job would take.

  Product: ProfileVent Ridge Vent, 3/4 Hi Rib Profile, 20 ft Product arrived very quickly. Placing my order was very easy. It's been 3 months now, nothing hinky ever happened on my bank account and the customer is very happy with the results. I had no reason to deal with customer service so I can't comment on that. They were a little persistent with email for a review however I intended to anyway and kept forgetting.

  I purchased a domed drain cover from Best Materials. The website was relatively easy to navigate and the product information was fairly comprehensive. I did have a question about a specific dimension of the openings in the drain cover which was not shown on the product data sheet. I called Customer Service and, after I explained what I was looking for, the Customer Service rep actually went and checked the dimension for me, which was extremely helpful and made me comfortable that the product would do the job for which I was purchasing the cover

  We placed an order with BestMaterials in April for material that, according to their website, was supposed to be readily available and ship within about two weeks. Instead, we didn’t receive everything until AUGUST—a four-month delay with almost no proactive communication. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. The only replies we ever received were generic messages saying there were delays and that they would “get back to us as soon as they had information”… but they never followed through. It took over a dozen emails just to get basic updates on where our order was. Once the project was finally underway, we discovered that some of the material was faulty, which created even more issues. Between the original four-month delay and the additional delay in trying to get replacement material, we were ultimately unable to complete the project this year. We will now have to return next year with new material from a different company just to finish what should have already been done. They are quick to take your money but extremely slow to ship, slow to communicate, and show no real concern for customer experience. Would not recommend buying from them.

  Unfortunately the part I ordered didn't fit. I submitted a return request and was given the instructions which I followed. The Post Office gave me the wrong tracking number so was unable to track or provide to Best Materials. For some reason the package was not delivered even though the address was correct. At this point I had spent money to ship and would have paid a restocking fee on top of it. Wasn't worth it to try and send again and Best Materials did not explain (or try and fix) why they couldn't receive the item. They were more concerned with the fact that I couldn't provide the Tracking information. Would not order from them again.

  The product was good and work as described. Could use a little more glue to hold It in place. Down fall was the shipping. I needed three packages for two jobs. Trued to Order all at once with some enclosures. Shipping was $318. So to save money I cut off and only bought 2 of vent and same anout of enclosure The shipping went down to $85. I called and told the shipping calculator was accurate. The single box I took off the order or basically 1/3 of the order cut the shipping by 75%. Very poor shipping calculator

  Very hard to get someone to answer the phone so I could verify if my order was on hand before driving an hour to get it. I made many call attempts during business hrs, very sporadic in getting someone to pick up the phone and then a day or 2 just get a call back after leaving a message.

  I ordered a product. I needed a 21 inch diameter send tube replacement. The description said 21 inches. But when it arrived it was 24 inches and the requirements where I had to pay for shipping in a 30% restocking fee when it was described on their as 21 inches, ridiculous..
