  We have been trying for 1 weeks to get replacement for this Karnak#100AF Non Fibered Asphalt Emulsion, or ask if we can have the distributors address so we can go up to Renton and pick it up ourselves, and delete the extremely high shipping costs we were charged for this product. We received 2 ea of the 5 ea. 5 gallon contrainers, and one came with no packaging material around the product, the lid came off during shipping and the paint mess all over inside the box. I have been trying to get Customer Service to help us and it's taking another week with still not enough answers. We were told we did not have to ship back the 1 each 5 gallon container as it was unusable and a mess (greatly appreciated that). We really want someone to contact us to get this take care of. They have our emails and phone number.

I do see we issued a credit for the 4 pails and the freight cost for the items that did not make it to you.   This product is a good clean option for mounting a 4x4 post to the top deck of a porch. It is heavy duty and straight forward to mount. The thickness of the metal make it very stable and the low profile makes it easy to cover with moulding if you choose.

  Navigation on the site was easy. Easily found what I was looking for, and it was something that I could not find elsewhere. This was my first time on the site, but I encountered no learning curve. Price seemed fair, but shipping charges hurt and as a result Amazon's net price on some items was less. That said, believe it or not, this site had items Amazon did not. And,Oh, delivery was quite quick, so no problems there.

  well on 2/8/22 i ordered a butane tank to be used as a water holding tank for home boiler, we at the time were working on tank for a home, so when i ordered your tank, and got off the phone with best buy, i called my friend to tell him i ordered a tank, he yells im outside your house with a modified tank! with in 30 minutes i cancelled your order. i happen to speak to the same guy i order the new tank, went to the computer to formally cancel the order got a number and that in three to five days my credit card would be refunded. we are now the 19th of feb? then got a email from bestmaterials and they said tank is out of stock, and best buy would be refunding my money?? how would you rate the deal?

  I paid $571 next day air, it was sent ground. Called bestmaterials and was told they have thousands of orders, And to call the shipper. They had no interest in working it out, looking into it. Or understanding what my issue was. With that said. The product was great!

  I looked far and wide for these screws. I finally found them on your site. I ordered them and stopped looking. We need them for a project in April. For two weeks, I assumed these were on the way, until I got an email saying you won't have them until September. They should not be listed on your web site if they are not in stock. Furthermore, I should have been notified immediately when I placed the order. I lost two weeks in trying to locate them, which really minimized my chances of finding them anywhere. Alas, I cannot find them anywhere and I now have zero options.

  The product was just the answer to vent trapped moister from under an exit roofing system. Would have given a 5 star except for the inability to track the shipment. Lack of a tracking number. Just never was able to schedule the installation for customer. Not good to have an unhappy customer.

  Well, it fits and it vents. Not exactly the highest quality, but it’s a soffit vent. Birds and stuff should be thwarted, air not so much. Only thing is the handling fee and shipping cost. Seems old school…just like my house.

  They do not tell you when you will get your product until after you pay for it. If the period is to long then they tell you they will credit. But, they already have your money and it take a couple of weeks to get it back.

  They sent wrong nails. Ordered ring shank they sent smooth shank. Sent picture of nails and receipt guy said he woud send correct ones still waiting and waiting. First time doin buisness with these guys might be last.
