  I located these items by searching the website "car-part.com". Upon calling, my experience dealing with the staff was exemplary. Their willingness to listen to our request and needs was refreshing, to say the least, and their ability to negotiate with me on terms was in stark contrast to the previous management. I have noticed that in the short time this management team has operated the company, they have expanded their exposure immensely, become much more aggressive and competitive in pricing their products, and greatly improved the quality-control in the packaging and shipping of their parts. It's obvious that they have made a collective decision to perform their service with an eye towards the mechanic who is going to be doing the actual work of replacement, and as one of those "grease monkeys"I applaud their efforts They are clearly a positive role model for an industry desperately trying to re-brand itself from being thought of as "junk yards" to that of "parts recycling centers".

  Part ordered (salvage side view mirror) was not sufficient for my needs. I called to report such, and my purchase price was promptly and fully refunded. While I didn't get what I was hoping for (in terms of the condition of the paint on the part), the service, and prompt refund, were impressive. I would recommend this company as reputable and willing to do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy.

  Ordered a rim for a 2010 Jeep Cherokee on Friday, November 20th. Paid $79.00 (which was honestly too high of a price for the product), but according to Car-Part.com, Benzeen was one of the closest suppliers. The Cashier from Benzeen EXPLICITLY told me that if I paid $50.00 for freight, I would receive the rim by Monday, November 23rd. I initially was going to pay $100+ for overnight, but he ASSURED me that the $50 Freight would arrive by Monday, so I trusted him and said let's do that. Receipt in the email on Friday, Nov. 20th. Then comes Monday November 23rd, I waited until 4:00pm and no package is delivered. I called Benzeen, and the guy told me that our order was STILL in their warehouse, would leave warehouse on Monday, and get to us by Tuesday, November 24th. I finally receive an invoice in the email, Monday Nov. 23rd. Tuesday, November 24th, I again waited until 4pm and NO package! I called Benzeen AGAIN, and was finally able to get a tracking #. (I asked for a tracking number on Friday AND on Monday, and was told it would be sent to our email - NEVER got the tracking email). We are a small automotive repair in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Our customer's job should have been an in-and-out process. This poor gentleman had to wait, and pay for a hotel, for TWO ADDITIONAL DAYS because Benzeen offered us the absolute worst and inefficient service. We lost all profits from that transaction, and the customer was tremendously unhappy with how long it took for the rim to arrive. Therefore, we will never use Benzeen again unless dire circumstances demand it. There are serious problems/communication deficiencies within Benzeen Auto Parts. No one should be confidently told a product will be delivered one day, and have it be delivered 2 days after said day. Also, no one should have to call Benzeen 3+ times for one transaction, and request fundamental information that should have been sent automatically. Absolutely Horrible.
