  The item received was not as shown in the photo. Engine wiring harness had a fuse box connected to it in the photo, but was removed and we never got it. On top of that we were double charged for the item, called the next day, and was told we were not and that it was just pending.. 2 days later we check and it wasn't pending it was double charged. This is the second part we bought from benzeen and both times we did not have a good experience.

  Part arrived, but it’s disgusting! It’s an internal component (windshield wiper lever) and it’s all sticky from the previous car owner. The company can’t even take a moment to clean the part before shipping it.

  I purchased a strut tower brace for my car, granted it was used but the part arrived dirty and full of scratches. It would have taken just a few minutes to clean it up. If you want five stars make a five star effort to provide your customers with quality parts with exceptional customer service. Go above and beyond for repeat business not one and done.

  They showed photos of the hood that was without scratches. Yet after ordering it they sent me a second set of photos that had had dimples and scratches in the hood. I decided take anyway because I was going to paint it. But it took more prep time then I wished.

  They sent the correct part but it was not in good condition. I asked several times about the condition of conectors, etc. Many were missing retaining clips and the mount bracket was broken. I repaired and used my original part.

  The part came folded up and unusable. Beware. The salesman denied responsibility and blamed the shipper. The carrier does not wrap the parts. Only pickup and deliver. After I emailed the pics to the salesman, he quickly refunded my money and said he would try to find me another part. That was good but I haven't heard back. However, I would use them again because the salesman was professional and I was able to get a refund.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Benzeen Auto Parts. It has been a pleasure to deal with these guys. Very professional indeed. I have gone to them for parts for my aging Lexus LS430 three times now. There was one shipping error which was corrected immediately and they actually honored their one year warranty exactly as advertised.   The website is just OK but the customer service is very good. We deal with a lot of used parts as we restore and repair BMW, Porsche and Mercedes. We find a lot of the time our local supplier gives us incompatible parts or failed units. I have ordered from you with 100% success rate and it's appreciated!
